We came into the store, already upset that we had a dishwasher that had gone out, and all 5 options were out of stock. The sales woman we had was helpful, and offered $100 off any unit, plus if I signed up for a new card, we'd get 6-months no interest. Ultimately, we had to go to the other West Wichita store (which was a worse experience) to get the dishwasher we wanted. Both store reps told us we'd get to take advantage of the 20% new cardholder discount of $100, with the added 6-month no interest - BOTH WRONG! You only get one or the other. Both stores need to work on their training, not to mention Lowes works with Synchrony financial who is terrible to work with.

Update: delivery moved for a second time, but at least they looked when the items are coming in before scheduling again. They also called. Appreciate the effort and Ill update after delivery. My delivery was rescheduled this morning, the day of the delivery. No one called. No one asked if the new scheduled date was ok or let me know not to sit around. I received an email and it went to my junk email box. Absolutely ridiculous to reschedule it a week out and "hope the items arrive." Why not check to see when the items will actually arrive, then schedule? I'm now going another week without a washer dryer. It's infuriating to spend 1800 dollars and have no communication.

Called & spoke with Rich in flooring. Definitely an excellent & positive experience, working with him. He is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, courteous. He confirmed availability, in addition to availability in nearby Lowes store's. He double checked things, said he needed to make sure they had the amount of flooring & asked if he could call back in about 10 minutes. He called me back in less than 10. His followup & customer service is outstanding! If you're shopping in the flooring dept at Maize Rd. Lowes, Rich is the go to guy! Thanks!!

Went to Lowe’s this evening to buy a zero turn lawnmower. We had a question about delivery when we got to the register to pay. Marcus came as the manager to answer our questions and really rolled out the red carpet. He made sure that our experience was the best it could be. I will definitely come back to Lowe’s for major purchases in the future!!

I have had a refrigerate was supposed to be hauled off in middle theee weeks and still haven’t had 3000$ one I bought installed. It’s sitting middle of my den. Cant cook . Can’t even access my kitchen. Notes said after 5 pm. And yet you keep sending people from 8 am till 12 noon while I’m at work!!! No one returned calls and California company said they would be here today at 5!! Not even a call or text or email!!!! MOST DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE EVER!!! I don’t get it installed by weekend then I will be returning everything and expect 100% refund!!! UPDATE!! Cannot get a supervisor on phone!! YOU HAVE ARROGANT RUDE EMPLOYEES ! I can share my recordings of all conversations with ANY SUPERVISOR THAT LEAVES CONTACT INFO. Email will work. Today I GOT OSCAR ID HE SAID IS… SBD405585!! He heard why I’m calling that it’s 17th call and I do not feel like letting him try to fix it as the last 16 said and hence why I called for a supervisor. I am terminal and very stressed and he says your stressing yourself out call later if you don’t want to talk to me” I have it recorded!! He argued with me for 7 minutes. Refused to get me a supervisor and hung up on me!!! I WILL NEVER WVER USE LOWES FOR ANYTHING AGAIN !! Trust me you think I’m bad on phone?? You really want customers to see you abuse and mistreat an elderly woman that comes in on oxygen and TELL MY INTERACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY LOUD ENOUGH TO HEAR OUTSIDE AT ANY OF YOYR LOCAL STORES???? You do not want that and I am the one to do it!!!! Update here is what Maize store manager had to say!! After seeing how they left me! So if you shop at Lowe’s online this is how the locals stores treat you cause their store didn’t make the sale . Therefore you mean absolutely NOTHING TO THE THEM!!! Managers name that basically said to bad we only deliver Mon and Friday and your town is 8 am to whenever!! Jake Fortner This manager gave very little concern and didn’t care if I ever got my insulin refrigerated or access to my kitchen All photos are included. Meanwhile the one I bought sits in middle of my DEN. Even had one guy say. “ seriously you don’t have a husband or someone that can hook it up”? No I don’t and no I paid for that service as the fridge makes water and ice.!!! THIS IS DESPICABLE. I’ll call my El Paso store to find a way to contact corporate!!! Someone is going to install and refund my delivery and install when they’re done. UPDATE- look at newest photo. Fifth cancellation on hailing off the refrigerator!! Unbelievably managed HORRIBLY by someone that does not care at all about customers!! He’s rude and Hes unaacountable!!
