I visited the Lowe's out East and I just wanted to thank the TWO individuals that helped me out. I think it was Charles and Brittany that helped me with getting everything I needed for my Vinyl flooring purchase. The reason why I like Lowe's is because you always can find help. If they don't know they go get u to the person that does. Thank you guys and I hope I got the names correct.

The 90-day return policy is a punishment for people that have multiple projects and changing priorities to keep track of. The store still stocks the items, they are in package, they don't have an expiration date, I only bought some of them because an employee encouraged me to "in case I need them," and I still have the receipt, but an arbitrary amount of time has gone by. The receipt does not say that there's a 90-day return policy, but it does say that if I went to their website I could have searched for and read their return policy, and that feels disingenuous. I'll probably shop around more in the future, and try not to buy anything more than I went there for when I do shop Lowe's. They get 2 stars because most of their employees I talked to were good.

I do love some Lowes. I walked in the door, tripped and fell, landed in the plant section, was tossed a basket and some plants... paid and walked out. I was originally supposed to be looking for pots for my aggressively growing pothos clippings lol. And managed to leave w MORE Pothos and no pots.. lmao.. hopefully next time to floors won't be sleek,💅 and end back up into the plant section.. Haha!!

Our stove went out the week before we have a massive gathering planned. I searched on line and Lowes offered delivery the next day. East Wichita Lowe's was the place that called me and confirmed the delivery. Next morning they called to tell me 'they forgot to put it on the truck'. They rescheduled the delivery for the following Wednesday because I really needed the stove so I could cook for this gathering. Called me about 2 hours later and said 'whoever told you we could deliver on Wednesday was wrong. We can't. We ended up having to make the trip into town to get the new stove. Not at all happy with the way the East Wichita Lowe's mishandled my order.

We went in Lowes to check out bathroom vanities. They had a wide selection, and gave us some great ideas. We did not buy this time, but we will be back!
