I have gone out of my way to shop at Lowe's for the past 20 years. I've been shopping at the Central Columbus location at 2345 Silver Drive,Columbus, OH for the past 8 years. Best Lowe's ever. And the paint department is out of this world. Todd, Kerry and Lisbet dish up copious amounts of customer service. Wonderful, caring and extremely helpful people. Whenever I go here, I feel like I'm visiting friends!

I was having trouble getting my license plate changed and Lynn saw me in the parking lot struggling and came to the rescue. Truly one of the kindest most helpful people in the store. He helped me get the old plate off and find new screws to replace it with. Amazing experience thank you so much Lynn!!

Use Uhaul instead. There is not a single employee in the entire building that knows how to sell propane. Idk why theres a display of tanks the length of the store if the public is not allowed access. Went to uhal instead after they got me setup real quick and will be using that for now on. Figure out how to sell propane in a way that doesnt require me to run back and forth through the store getting told something different by everyone.

Is the garden service is excellent indoors? You're going to have a little problem when you want to deal with the wood and plumbing and stuff like that. Find someone to help you, but if you're outdoors in the garden area in lawn area, it's excellent service. They're happy to help you. Remember if a bag is busted they have to sell it to you for half price

I arrived at Lowe’s Garden Center on a slow Hot Thursday afternoon and very few people were milling about inside. They had a wide selection of plants as I am getting a late start planting my flowers early June ‘26 the amount of waste and dead plants was disheartening and disturbing to me. I quickly looked around for a water hose, as if I was going to remedy the situation! These plants and flowers were all dead and gone and no amount of water was going to fix them. However some could still be saved and I can be the one! Nope. Just get what you want and leave I said to myself. At which time I gathered my goods and proceeded to the outside register the young lady who was running it would not and could not stop talking long enough for me to explain this situation to her. She barely got me checked out! Lowe’s you can do so much better! Start the water hose every other day regardless of the weather. And hire people who want to work! Not talk! Save yourself some money Stop the nonsense and waste. - A Concerned Citizen-
