Bought a dishwasher to have installed and paid extra to have it completed the next day. Received an email 6 hours after I bought it (after delivery was confirmed) to say it wouldn't be for another week. I called and they were able to send it the next day without install (after an hour on the phone and them telling me it was not possible forbthem tobdo it). When they came came they refused to take the old dishwasher telling me someone else would come get it. When I called the store they told me it was because it wasn't disconnected (which I was not told prior to pick up or at the pick up) and that they couldn't come and get the old dishwasher for 5 more days! I paid for 2 EXTRA services and Lowes could not fulfill either service. I will be shopping at Menards moving forward.

The check out staff was great extremely helpful. This was the second Lowes I have went to in 6 weeks where the cutting saw had a sign "Out of Order ". If you are not going to provide this service in The Lumber department, take it out.

This is my go to home improvement store. I live in Grove City and drive to this Lowes store, they always have what I need to work on my home projects! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and location of the product in the store. This saves me from searching for the item I require. This store carries many of the tools required to do the maintenance on your home. Keep up the great job!

I recently came to this store with my husband and we’re very happy with the way the store looks , it was clean and very well organized . I’m sure we will come back soon

This is a happy porch setting, coffee ☕️ drinking lady. While browsing in your store I came across patio cushions. And then I saw 👀 them, the right size, the right color cushions. The best part was the price 💲💸. Thank you "Lowes."
