There was a Tesla car parked in the Curbside Pickup watching a movie. As I was walking to the store, he hunk at me, even came outside the car waving. As I went near, he did not open the door or roll down the window. He was having pure enjoyment of harassing people. I came to my car and called the store multiple times to report, but no one seemed to answer the call. Custom service is non-existent.

Friendly staff, love tool selection and lanscaping. I tried the customer pick up-app worked great but took 15 minutes for them to put order in my car. Person was careful putting in my trunk- just don’t try to call..takes a while to get a hold of someone. They are trying.

Needed an emergency snow blower ;) with the storm we got. Of the ones I wanted non were available other than the floor model. They ended up helping me purchase that specific one as a floor model so I could have one to use that day. So that made it super nice, then it was delivered to the house FOR FREE!!! The service and kindness shown by Edson, Ohron and Mary was beyond great. THANK YOU for your help, tips and help in making this purchase. Keep being awesome. The delivery people also should get credit for being on time and smooth in their delivery.

This is by far the best Lowe’s in all of Central Ohio! The workers are so helpful, and the manager Trey was willing to personally deliver a replacement fence panel to us after his shift ended when the original one we purchased was damaged. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And that’s just how this Lowe’s runs. It’s not even our closest Lowe’s, but it is worth the extra drive! Highly recommend!

EDITED 2/3: I received a follow up call from the store regarding the missed appointment. The person apologized for the mixup and the automatic text that was sent in error. We are now trying to work via email to get an estimate on some cabinets. Thank you for wasting our time and gas for a scheduled meeting with the cabinet department today. We received the reminder text and even called the store to confirm and were assured that the store was open for business.
