I had lots of items I could not find. This employee went over and above to meet all my needs. I told him I think he deserves a review on Google for his outstanding service to his customers. If his employer is not aware of his work, he needs to.

I have now been waiting to have 1 piece of 1x4 cut here for over a half hour. I've asked multiple associates for help. Where is everybody? I'm struggling greatly to understand how zero associates in a home improvement store are working in lumber. It is mid-day in a Thursday, guys. Get it together.

Lowe’s is lucky to have someone like Almir on their team. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects. Highly recommend asking for him if you need real help from someone who truly cares about customers.

Tara is the Best and such a sweetheart! She was on her way out for the day and she asked if I needed anything. I said yes-a woman’s opinion on storage for my detergents and a separate one for Kitchen pans. She made my decision easier by making me feel welcomed and comfortable with asking for help and more importantly she gave thought which in this busy world-was appreciated.

This location just continues to go downhill. Turned n an online order a couple of weeks ago. I ended up calling them 5 days later to be told it hadn’t been picked yet (4 items). Went today at lunch and the checkout lines were 15-20 people deep. More sales clerks or open more self check out. How hard is that?
