Awful. In general I tolerate Lowe’s. They have mediocre knowledge in their sections. But mostly ok. Not this location at 71st and 169. I was specifically looking for a 3 gang decora switch plate. An employee 5’ from me never acknowledged that I was there. I walked past 3 other employees ganged around the Alexa device counter. Talking about where they were going to eat lunch. Then trying to navigate the aisles crowded with point of purchase and palettes of stock was frustrating. Even the “clear” aisle are impossible to pass two carts width. Stop crowding the store and get your employees back to work.

I've been going go lowes for a long time and I can't tell you about how many times they don't have their items together properly, there is nobody to help you in hardware or electrical either. Its just people who stock the shelves. I've wasted so many trips just for nuts and bolts alone. They rarely have the nut to fit even the bolts they sell there! I am never going back again. I left a 2 star just to be polite. You've lost my business for the rest of your existence. Going to the depot from now on. At least they've had their matching parts in stock most of the time and people to talk with that can help and not high school students stocking shelves that don't know anything about the products. Lowes is pathetic.

If I could leave no stars- I would. I needed help locating one item amd asked three associates and customer service for help and no one ever came. I waited 25 minutes for help with a cart full of items I was going to purchase. There were 4 people at customer service just talking and joking and not trying to help...how are these people employed? Why are they getting paid? Is this job so terrible that the employees take it out on customers? I left my items, walked out of the door and drove next door to Home Depot where I was helped by three associates immediately. I will not ever be going back to Lowes for anything. Even if something is slightly more expensive at Home Depot the service is better and worth the extra cost.

Shopping in the garden center at the 71st street Lowes in Tulsa. There was a pile of dog crap at the end of an aisle behind a plant that had fallen over. I did not see it and stepped on the side of it and down I went. Hurt my knee and had crap in my shoes. Found an associate who was watering and tried to explain what happened. She didn’t speak English!!!!! I was able to get her to rinse my shoes off and pointed where the poop was so it could be cleaned. No other help was offered. No supervisor or manager was called. I had to come back to return an item. Thought about telling customer service and the manager standing there about my awful experience earlier but they all seemed so uncaring. No eye contact. No sorry this item didn’t work. No have a good day. So why bother? Shame on you Lowes!!

Pretty horrible day dealing with Lowe's today. Started with customer service issues with online order. They should have ability to change pickup location if not available. Then had to fight to get my lowrs reward back on new order. Was ultimately resolved with a supervisor. Got to the store and checked in with app. Said on the way out, then 15 minutes went by. Went in and they couldn't find Allen that was getting it. He finally came out and seemed annoyed. Then he said "I assume you would like help loading it" I said we'll it would be nice but if to much trouble I could do myself. On to the paint counter to get some paint mixed. This guy seemed annoyed too. Went and did some other shipping. Came back and he had forgot to mix ours. Worst day ever with lowes
