I had a job in tulsa. I went to my usual store in okc the Saturday before my job and ordered the material to be delivered to the job site on Tuesday. I head to tulsa Tuesday morning. On the drive to tulsa I get a text saying my delivery had been postponed to Wednesday because they didnt have a truck driver. I went to the store that the product was being delivered out of to get a few of my items to get the job going. Kenneth from the pro department helped us and went out of his way to get us stuff to get the job started. Wednesday morning rolls around my order still said being prepared on the app. So I call the delivering store in tulsa get sent to a few departments before getting sent to an asm. I tell ask the asm if they have a delivery driver today. The asm which name was Tim puts me on hold for a long time then I finally hang up. Did the same thing again and the exact thing happened again get sent to a few departments asm tim puts me on hold for a long time then I hang up. So I rent a box truck head to that store so I can just pick up the rest of my materials. When I got to the store Kenneth went out of his way to help me again he called two asm and neither one would come to pro to talk to me. A head cashier by the name of Nausue ended up getting people get us loaded up. This stores employees seem to want to help but the management in the store does not want to do anything. This ended up costing me time and money. I also added pictures of just one aisle that I went down.

I am very tardy with this review. We had an entire kitchen remodel through Lowe's at the Tulsa Hills location. First, a shout to Sherry. She was instrumental in our remodel. She gave us ideas that we would never have thought of. She found discounts and sales to help make this affordable and she was available to us every step of the way. The hard part was waiting for our new cabinets to be made. On the other hand they came in on time and perfect. The installers did a great job. Once the kitchen was gutted we found a few areas that needed attention and the installers took care of that. Old kitchen cabinets were dated, falling apart and not level. New kitchen cabinets are level and perfect. We also went through Lowe's for our marbletop counters. They came out so beautiful. In summary Lowe's did a beautiful, professional job that was completed in a timely manner and everyone, especially Sherry, was helpful and professional.

Beyond dissatisfied, I had and order that was supposed to have been delivered Friday time from originally from 7-7 so i took the day off, no worries. Storms rolled in by 6 and was deliverable which i totally understand. I called them to make sure it would be coming Saturday at the least to just get an update because my end of the portal still had not updated. They told me the same info the portal showed me so basically zero update. However they said it should be out in the morning. Come Saturday morning i call again just to double check and make sure it was coming earlier because i could only get off the morning today. I was told that they could not schedule same day deliver so it would have to be Sunday. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes i finally got a supervisor who told me the same thing that there was nothing i could do today because the trucks were already out. I asked why they didn't let me schedule it for saturday when i called for an update on friday? No answer. I asked why my order wasnt loaded up for delivery this morning in the first place after it wasnt delivered yesterday, No answer. Best they can do is schedule it for Sunday and offer me a 25$ gift card and a refund on the delivery fee. Its insulting and highly unprofessional. So now ive taken 3 days off due to the poor communication and logistics from Lowes. If i didnt need this washer and dryer so badly i would have just cancelled the whole thing for a refund and gone else where. Do better...

Great plants usually, the wait for curbside can be long but worth the wait from the friendly smiles to helpful hands. Had a terrible experience with returning a 20 dollar plant it had the 1 year warranty sticker was a gift from mom that just passed and the lady on the phone said it could be returned without receipt and seeing as id just spent 100 dollars in pavers, 50 dollars on the pot, and 25 in dirt and key bits, you'd figure theyd honor the return. But no was jumped on as soon as I got to returns that without a receipt no return and one associate even said that the person I spoke to didnt know what they were talking about very unprofessional will be using home depot from now on.

I want to say a big “thank you” to Justin, Christy, and Tracy at the Lowe’s store on Olympia Streetin Tulsa, OK, for making my online order correction and helped me with getting a resolve. They were all SO kind and helpful. They were willing to listen to my issue and get a to a solution with no hassle. I really appreciated their professionalism and their kindness to me as a person and as a customer. I am very appreciative and highly recommend this store to anyone. One was a Manager, one was in customer service, and one was in the delivery department. Each one of them were so helpful and gracious. You can’t go wrong in making a purchase from this store.
