Absolutely loved my first time back at this Lowes’s in a long time! They now have this awesome clothes section! Plus so many new diy stuff and pretty much full shelves!!

I would NOT recommend Lowe’s to ANYONE. I’ve never ever had such a bad shopping experience in my entire life. I have had an ongoing issue with an online order for a $600 grill since May 25, 206. Each week, I call, am made promises, receive multiple emails regarding my delivery, receive the automated phone call regarding my delivery, only to get another email the day of delivery rescheduling to the following week. This has happened between the Deptford, NJ store and a South Philadelphia, PA. I’ve spoken to the Corporate customer service people for 2 weeks and I get no answers other than, “we do not know what happened to you grill.” If this grill wasn’t a Lowe’s exclusive I would have told them to shove it sideways 2 weeks ago. It is now June 19, 2026 and I still have no grill and no answers. For a corporation the size of Lowe’s this is 100% unacceptable. Do yourself a favor….shop at Home Depot. Lowe’s does not care about customer satisfaction. They are full of lies. No managers at either Deptford or Philadelphia did anything to help the situation. Just lots of passing the buck. 6/26/26 UPDATE: STILL NO GRILL A MONTH LATER!! I received a posted “apology” response as shown from Lowe’s regarding my issue. I have literally (I have phone proof & dates) called that useless number Lowe’s provided TEN TIMES in the past month. All I’m given from those useless associates is that they are “only a Call Center” and can only escalate the issue and guarantee a call back from the Store Managers. Even though I placed this order online, I have to speak with a Store Manager - who I’ve already been waiting on phone calls back for WEEKS now - to solve my issue. The Call Center tells me they have no management there and that I need to send a LETTER to Corporate. They provided me with a physical address only and advised there are no email addresses or phone numbers for Corporate. Again, all pass the buck liars!!! Don’t tell me you care and want to make things right. You don’t care. You’ve had my $600 for a month and I still don’t have a grill. An attorney and the BBB are my next phone calls. That’s for sure.

I am a handicapped person, while driving my tire pressure warning light came on, my car needed air in a tire. I noticed this Lowe’s that had free air. I am a customer of this particular store The pump comes on. I was trying to fill it, but noticed the tire was getting lower instead of inflating. The squeeze handle leaks more air out of your tire, than puts air in.This put me in worse condition than before because the tire had less air now. I called the store. I spoke to someone after the AI operator wasted five minutes of my time. I reported this air pump problem to the person that answered the phone, but she said hold on for the manager. I really didn’t understand why I had to hold for the manager, I was just trying to report that the air pump is not working correctly. After waiting 23 minutes with no answer - I hung up. This is very bad customer Customer Service

Jude in the lumber department is an absolute delight. He is very knowledgeable and will help you with anything. If anyone deserves a raise it’s that man Jude in lumber. Last but not least, he is so skilled on the forklift. Me and the pals call him Mario Andretti on the forklift, so skilled!

Just called in with a question about a vanity and was transferred multiple times and then hung up on after 20 minutes on hold. When I called back in I was immediately hung up on. I understand if the store is busy they could have simply said "We're slammed at the moment, can you try back later?" or taken my number down and returned that call when things got less busy. Very rude experience.
