Absolutely disappointed. Scheduled an appt to have measurements done for rugs after having to wait a week they didn't call or show up .to boot the employee we asked for help with this in the store didn't seem to want to do it and was extremely irritated by us. I liked Lowe's do to how there's always someone around to help but this just sent my business back to home depot for sure.

My parents visited this location seeking assistance with changing the carpet in our home. Because they were unfamiliar with the process, they asked an employee for guidance. After completing the application, they requested service for the following day. To briefly explain, the elderly white lady tore up their application and instructed them to return tomorrow. My parents felt disrespected and completely hurt by this interaction. Customers who are seeking assistance should be treated with patience and courtesy, not dismissed in this manner. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed. My mom was very excited for this carpet change, and that lady completely ruined her day. I normally don’t write reviews but this was just completely wrong for her to do. I also wanted to mention that English is not my parents’ first language, which I am sure gave her a sense of entitlement to act so unprofessionally with them.

I barely found “PRUNING SEAL”, the only store where they knew what it was, and from the first time, they accurately indicated on which shelf and where it was located. A large selection of Christmas decorations, Christmas trees (artificial) at an affordable price. I also noticed that they have a lot of palm trees and other greenery, which is not available everywhere. I RECOMMEND!!!

I went to Lowe’s on Roosevelt. I wanted to buy a dishwasher. I picked a Samsung dishwasher and stood there for more than half an hour waiting for someone to bring it out. I never got it. I have never seen such terrible, crappy customer service anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there or buy anything from that place. The salespeople don’t pay any attention at all. Nothing. It’s like water off a duck’s back to them. I’ve never seen such an indifferent attitude toward a customer anywhere. This is the worst Lowe’s ever.

I had gone here for their workshop to make a sleigh. If you have littles it is a fun and engaging experience that free. They had "Santa" come around and give candy canes it was a fun experience
