I had to stop by Lowe’s to pick up a few essential items, including some extra potting soil, a couple of buckets, and a handy tool set. I went to Lowe’s accompanied by a friend and was genuinely eager to explore their seasonal section, which featured vibrant springtime flowers, festive Memorial Day decorations, and some enticing hot deals that they were offering. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with how well-organized Lowe’s is, particularly in terms of the pricing visibility on all the items, especially within the garden section. Their garden area stands out as the best I’ve encountered to date. It is exceptionally well laid out, providing ample space that makes it easy to navigate. Whenever I found myself in need of assistance, I simply asked the security guard for help. His name was Ryan, and he provided an exemplary service—truly remarkable. Despite the absence of sales flyers around, he went out of his way to guide me throughout the store, helping me locate the right individuals to obtain the information I required. His friendliness was very much appreciated. Now, returning to the displays of flowers, plants, herbs, and vegetables—I found immense joy in strolling through that section. The delightful scents, the stunning visuals, and the melodic chirping of birds all contributed to an enchanting atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a tranquil oasis, right inside the store. Just adjacent to the garden center, one can discover a variety of smaller plants, terrariums, and a wealth of creative ideas to help you cultivate your own indoor or outdoor haven filled with greenery. As for the checkout process, it was incredibly smooth. Their prices are highly competitive, which I value. I want to express my appreciation once again for the overall cleanliness and organization of this establishment—it's truly commendable.

I went to Lowe’s because I’m getting some minor repairs done on my home and it was a great time. Some stuff purchased was on sale for the Memorial Day holiday and some stuff wasn’t. My stuff I had to purchase came up to $578.73. Some of the workers were super friendly and helpful while others wasn’t especially the young lady that was working the self checkout, she looked like she didn’t want to work today and her customer service skills could’ve been better. No need to take a photo because it’s nothing to show. The store was well stocked and organized.

When ordering a grill for assembly and delivery, my order was inexplicably cancelled the hour that it was meant to be delivered. According to the Lowe’s team I spoke to on the phone, this was because the assembly team had claimed there was nothing to be assembled. When I followed up to understand why, I was put on hold and they stopped picking up my phone calls. The 1800 Lowe’s phone number was equally inefficient at remedying this issue and could not guarantee even my rescheduled delivery would be timely. I was also put on hold and the phone call was ended by the associate after half an hour on hold. Truly terrible customer service all around.

Im currently in line at customer service waiting to get my change because self checkout didn't give me my change! Mind you this is only after I've been in here for over an hour to pickup hinges that were pre ordered.! Nope they somehow lost the order! Im just praying to god to get me out of this absolute nightmare of a store! The disorganization is unreal! And the help you get is 0...Go somewhere else !

I’m writing to share my recent experience at your 50th street, West Philadelphia location, which I found disappointing and frustrating. While the store is conveniently located and impressively sized, the customer service I encountered did not meet expectations. I asked several employees where the snow salt was located, and each one simply directed me outside without any guidance or assistance. I asked four different employees, hoping for help, but received the same unhelpful response each time. While I understand the store’s size may present challenges, this does not excuse a lack of support or attentiveness toward customers. As a loyal shopper who values good service, this experience left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. I hope this feedback can be used to improve staff training and ensure that employees provide the helpful and courteous service that Lowe’s is known for.
