I had a wonderful experience shopping at Lowe’s. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed much easier. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service I received. Maya went above and beyond to assist me. She greeted me with a warm smile, had an amazing personality, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such positive and engaging customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me. Thanks to Maya, I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future. Highly recommend!

Don't bother having anything delivered from here. You'll get a notification saying it was delivered, but the delivery picture is just a blurry picture of a Sam's Club receipt. No one at Lowe's seems able or willing to help, so I guess that's just money I lost. Hopefully I'll have better luck at Home Depot.

Just wanted to write to say how impressed I was that two of your employees on two different occasions. They approached me and ask did I need help. Sometimes it is really hard to find things and when you do, you need some real life examples of how things work. The two were a gentleman named Noah and the other time it was Nick. That makes the experience of coming to Lowe’s so much better with assistance and I would like to recognize the fine example they set! I was back at Lowe’s on Wednesday April 30 th and had another exceptional experience! I was wondering out to the patio area looking for Lowe’s paper leaf bags. There was a young man named Willie blowing the area off out there. I ask could you tell me where the leaf bags are. I was so impressed he immediately stop blowing and walked back in the store and we were looking for them and it came to him that they had been moved to the back of the store. He took the time to walk all the way back there and made sure I found them. You can tell he has an exceptional work ethic and super personality! Lowe’s is blessed to have Willie with such a fine character and attitude that he displays! Thank you for another 5 PLUS STAR visit to Lowe’s!!

They broke into my van in broad daylight and stole my work tools while waiting in line to just one cashier while the back door was shut while it was 72 degrees outside. Severe theft is known in this area and bad store management only makes it worse, I’m seeking legal action, if anyone else has lost to theft on this store negligence reach out

I went into the garden center today just browsing and happened to meet Mrs. Sherry while she was watering some hanging plants. After a brief conversation, she kindly gave me a rundown of everything nearby that was on sale and took the time to explain details about several of the plants. She was very informative, friendly, and willing to help even though I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service. Employees like Mrs. Sherry make the shopping experience enjoyable, and her knowledge about the plants was very helpful. Thank you for having such caring and helpful staff at your garden center.
