Reuben M at the Lowes store on Charlotte Pike was amazing!! I missed the survey window so am coming to Google to review him instead. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. & We needed all the help we could get with getting all new kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer! Plus we got a great deal. Thank you Reuben!!

I had a problem with a pressure washer that I had just purchased. It would not stay running. Super frustrated, I brought it in and had Bill and Jason take a look. They diagnosed an issue that was terribly challenging. They found the factory break-in oil had such a low viscosity that the oil sensor could not recognize it and would not allow the motor to operate. They swapped out the oil and got me back on my way in no time. Fantastic service! 5 stars to the them and to the management of this store for hiring such competent people.

Yeah, in the lumber department is absolutely amazing! Whoever manages him needs to give him a raise and a strawberry cheesecake! Jack was fantastic, Keira and her friend at the front checkout were the best part of my day. Other than Isaiah taking the time to stop what he was doing and bless me with a short conversation. I will return. - The guy in the cowboy hat

This location had a whole bunch of stuff to repair anything you have. The staff was very friendly. The store was very clean. Wonderful Place to shop.

If I could give this Lowes store zero stars I would. I live in Georgia but have 2nd home in middle TN. I ordered a new $4000 Zero Turn mower. I was told it would be delivered to my home in middle TN on a Friday. I drive four hours the day before to be there for the delivery. On the way there I get a call from Lowe’s stating “their delivery truck broke down” and they did not know when the mower would be delivered, but should be in two days. Two days later I was informed the truck was still broke down. I was told it would be delivered on Thursday, a week later from original date. I’m still 4 hours from my primary home. Frustrated, I agreed to the date. I was told it would be delivered between 8:00am and 8:00pm. At 3:30pm I received a call from a delivery driver saying that they could not fit the mower on the truck that morning and it would be the next day sometime before 8:00pm. This was totally unacceptable as I had to get back to my primary home in TN. I called the Lowes store and spoke with a man in receiving. He indicated he would get a manager to call me. I waited until late the next day, and still no call. I called the store again and demanded to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was not there. I did receive a call back from a. Assistant store manager. She was polite, but basically had no solution. I cancelled my purchase. I called the main Customer Care with Lowe’s corporate. They listened and simply said they would note the issue. They were not even going to ask my name or number, until I ask them if they were. I told them that someone with authority had 2 days to call me or I would post a Google review. Obviously since you are reading this, I’ve never heard back from Lowe’s. I’ve been a loyal Lowe’s customer with a Lowe’s charge card. I built a house several years ago and all material was purchased from Lowe’s. They have no concern for their customers. A company as big as Lowe’s could have done the right thing and found a way to get the mower to me. They chose not to. Lowes is heading in the wrong direction. A review of other posted Google reviews proves this.
