On January 11 I ordered three items for same day home delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address. So i called the store manager and i was told I would get a call back to fix the issue and get my items delivered. Well that never happened so i called back this morning and same thing I asked for the manager and no call back all day so I tried corporate would you believe I got the same answer someone will call me back and that didn’t happen so this will be the third dat tomorrow I really don’t expect a call back. So I’ll see if Home Depot can do better.

There is never no one in paint department, to even get a manager to talk to takes 30 min. Not a contractor place of buisness. Always the same story. 40 just to talk to someone to mix paint. Please do better lowes.

I placed a curbside order with Lowe’s today for a $2,600 lawn mower and was told over the phone by an employee that the paint wasn’t in great condition and there were a few minor damages, which I was fine with—especially since I was promised a 10% discount. When I went in person to check it out, the experience was completely different. The employee I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They also denied that any discount was ever offered, even though it was clearly discussed over the phone. Because of their attitude and lack of professionalism, I told them to cancel the order and took my business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable customer service—would not recommend.

I wish I would’ve gotten his name but I went in because I was moving out and put some serious holes in my wall. In order for me to get my deposit back, I needed to paint the walls and I brought in a tonsil sized paint chip from my walls (I was scared to make it worse). The guy who was stationed at the paint counter was so helpful! He was able to help me match the color identically to my walls even with the smallest of sample! He even helped me pick out a paint brush. This would be my first time doing something like this and I was able to get my deposit back! Thank you so much!

Farrah, who works at this store location, is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond every standard of customer service as I navigated four different toilets arriving broken (no fault of Lowe's). I don't know what I would have done without her assistance. Thank you!
