I love shopping at hardware stores the way some of my friends like shopping and clothing stores stores or shoe stores. While I like both of the big box hardware stores. I think I prefer Lowe’s, partially because it’s within a couple miles of my house. But also I feel like the customer service is a little bit better than Home Depot‘s and I like the way that Lowes stores are organized a bit better.

Although the transaction and service were great. Six months later after countless washes, this washing appliance keeps damaging my clothes. Do not buy this appliance. Thanks garret for helping me loading the appliance and making the process very efficient

I've been a loyal customer of Lowes for years and years and have always been happy with the products and service. Today, Brandon helped me again with my paint needs and he is super helpful and gave me quick and efficient service. But the real star of the show is Rick P, manager. I had a paint issue and not only did he resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction, he went above and beyond for me today! I felt very appreciated as a customer and the help I received from Rick today made me so grateful! He even walked me to my car to ensure I had help in putting the paint in my car. Thank you Rick!!!

I’m extremely upset with how this delivery was handled. I was contacted one day before my scheduled delivery date and told that it had to be rescheduled because the vendor “wasn’t ready.” That is completely unacceptable. I specifically requested this delivery date because I had already taken time off work. Now I’m left scrambling to see if I can take another day off — which may not even be possible. Missing a day of work is a significant financial loss for me, and this is exactly why delivery dates are scheduled in advance. What makes this worse is that the representative said there was nothing they could do until after I receive the order, and even then the only possible resolution mentioned was a gift card. A gift card does not compensate for lost wages, inconvenience, or the stress this caused. This situation feels extremely inconsiderate and poorly managed. If a company offers scheduled delivery dates, they should be reliable and respectful of customers’ time. I expected much better.

Customer service at this lowes is turning bad, it use to be good. I was there to buy Vinyl flooring, I had bought with an Associate who knew what they were doing . This time the Associate struggling to operate the machine and would not call for help. After I assisted to help hold one end, it worked well and left it alone but unfortunately he got it stuck and was struggling and he was blaming me saying he thought I was still holding it and seem aggressive,. Man, I dont work for Lowes, I am a customer. I just left to different Lowes! Bye to Shaol creek
