I had a really good experience at Lowe’s during the daytime. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop, which made finding what I needed simple and stress-free. The aisles were clearly laid out, and everything felt stocked and easy to locate without having to wander around too much. What stood out most was how smooth the whole visit felt. The staff were helpful when I had a quick question, and checkout was easy and efficient. It’s always nice when a home improvement store feels approachable instead of overwhelming, and this location did a great job with that. I also liked how bright and active the store felt during the day. It made it easy to browse, compare options, and grab what I needed without any hassle. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick project item, home supplies, or just looking around for ideas, this is a solid location to visit. Overall, it was a convenient and positive shopping experience, and I left with everything I needed. I’d definitely come back again for future home projects and everyday household items.

Really appreciate the customer service and help here. We ordered floors and there was a mix up. Teah- the assistant manager was very helpful and sought to make things right for us even if she had to price match different floors. Jax helped us find new floors and all the tools we needed. I joked he became our personal shopper! Appreciate all the did today. This was on a Saturday when they were slammed. Great job!!

Pro desk is bs. 6 people standing around while people wait. This store is always poorly stocked and poorly managed. I try my best to never come here due to the lack of product that never get refilled and the workers attitudes. Whole pro desk is a joke

This light in the entrance has been out for months it not longer. Staff said ticket is put in but they won’t fix it. I couldn’t see and tripped so does it take a lawsuit to fix an obvious safety issue? It is not as dark as the cart door is open.

Worst experience! I ordered an oven and above range microwave. I had bought a brand new stainless steel refrigerator in December. The installers came in and completely dented my brand new refrigerator and didn’t say a word to me until I turned around and saw it. I’ve been told to call a certain number. When you call that numberI it says to call that number. Isn’t that crazy and all you can do is leave a message . The over the range microwave was supposed to be installed. They tell me when they’re going to be there. I am a nurse practitioner that has patients booked out three months. So I called them and I told them that I can’t be there that day and arranged for a time that I could be there. Well, they showed up on the day they “ told” me that they were going to come not the day we agreed on.So they just refunded everything for the microwave so I don’t have a microwave now. Lowe’s won’t even answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call them all day since they canceled my microwave. When you call, it rings, they pick it up and hang it up. I’ve called seven times then they answer it and put it on hold. I called another Lowe’s and they gave me the corporate number. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. To find out at least how to get my refrigerator fixed that they’ve damaged. Do not buy from Lowe’s unless you plan to install it yourself. Horrible customer service and the people they use for installation are the worst!! Lowe’s has zero customer service. I will never buy from them again.
