Solid location and staff. I’m quite happy. They are offering a clothing section now which is awesome. However, Big R right down the street beat the heck out of their prices regarding all Carhartt items and likely anything else they have as well regarding clothing. I realize Lowe’s currently doesn’t have the same buying power for apparel but there’s no way I can pay $40 for a shirt. I can get a big R for half the cost and less than a mile away.

Who doesn't love Lowe's?? I went needing some help with some tools and tape to take a shower head off without destroying the meatal to it and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work and thanks for having fair prices.

I will never shop here again and here's my experience why. The other day I went on for a Kobalt warranty return on behalf of my husband. After finding what I needed, it was locked up. Looking around I wasn't able to find anyone. The checkout area was near by so I asked the employee if he could page someone. At the same time another employee walked by clearly on a mission. He then proceeds to say, "see that angry walking girl who just walked by us, she can help. " She was already half way to the other side of the store, so I replied, " you want me to chase her?" His reply, "yes." Luckily another emplpyee happened to walk up who could help. After getting the tool and him escorting me back to returns, I was then told that Lowes no longer honored the Kobalt warranty exchange. To confirm, s manager was near by and when the employee asked. In a nonsure way said, "I don't think so." She apologized and said to call Kobalt to handle it. Not knowing any wiser I left. My husband was furious when I told his as he sends me a screen shot from the Lowes website that they do these exchanges. Nevertheless, he calls Kobalt who confirms to go to Lowes and gives him an exchange reference number. Next day, I go back to Lowes. Again, no one is around to help unlock this tool. Check out employee now instructs me to go to returns so they can get someone. Returns proceeds to page someone. I waited over 10 min and no one came. At that point I was able to get the tool around the security lock myself. Going back to returns Im informed by this employee that no code is needed. This frustration with this experience was with the customer service. I saw so many employees just standing in their sections talking to each other with no urgency to help a customer. Living 30 min from town I need the assurance when I go to places that it won't be such a headache. Especially when I don't usually handle certain things. Lowe's had lost all trust from me.

Now apparently non Lowes sales reps walk the store trying to sell you on non Lowes products and services. Kinda like Costco does, but unlike Costco they roam the store pretending to see if you need help so they can sell you install services. I would much prefer a section in Lowes where I can go and engage amd inquire for these services instead of them harrassing me randomly in the store. The gal was super friendly. Do I need to wear a "no soliciting" shirt now?

Horrible customer service. Lines for checkout everywhere! Every line on Saturdays are down the aisles. You’d think if Lowe’s is gonna be so expensive they’d have extra staff on the weekends. Perfect example of why Amazon is taking over the market.
