My experience this morning at 7 am: I went to pick up 60 boxes of all-purpose drywall mud. The man driving the forklift, I don't know if he's actually qualified, because he supposedly broke two boxes of mud. The problem is that when my team unloaded the material, surprise! The guy had damaged six boxes. He didn't want to replace them and even claimed he was the store manager. It was a very bad experience buying my materials at this store.

Crystal is amazing. So let me tell you my story. My refrigerator died. My insurance is 2-10 they are awful do not get that insurance. I was without a refrigerator for 1 month and 2 weeks before 2-10 would even offer a check for replacement and not even an amount you can buy a refrigerator with. So I ended up at Lowes. I bought a new refrigerator at the store not on line. Someone who knows not me canceled my order. I was so upset So I go back to Lowes this really nice lady directed me to CRYSTAL OMG SHES THE BEST. She not only went out of her way to fix the problem but got my new refrigerator to me the next day. She also double checked everything the day of the delivery to make sure no one called acting as me to cancel it again. I was so amazed at her customer service. She is a keeper whomever her manager is well you need to give her a raise these are the type of people you keep value good employees. Thank you Crystal you are the best.

Horrible experience. Trying to get a hold of managers was a disaster. The first time around, I placed a pro order. I was told it would be a $20 delivery, but that didn't happen. They fixed it, but then the order got split up. I received a partial order, and the other one was transferred to another store manager. They told me I needed to contact that store, and it got delayed again. It was supposed to be delivered today, and now I'm trying to get a hold of the Fountain store. I waited forever for a manager, but never got one on the phone. And then he told another lady to tell me to call that store. I placed the order at the Fountain store. If you transferred it to another area, you guys should still be able to resolve it. And all the runaround and different stories each time. Horrible experience. I've been using Lowe's for over 20 years. Maybe it's time I need to find some other place to use.

Fantastic customer service! We are currently redoing our whole bathroom (stressful) and the team at Lowe’s was nothing but patient, understanding, supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. Uriah got us everything we needed to tackle the shower plumbing, Dale had great advice about the shower pan, and Angel was incredibly helpful getting the right wood for the subfloor.

Lowes is great. The customer service is second to none. They may not be the cheapest option, but any employee will take the time to help you find what you need and explain the pros and cons of each option they have in store and online.
