Good Lowe’s location, clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff are generally helpful and checkout is smooth. A few shelves were mislabeled and online stock didn’t always match in-store availability, but overall a solid place for home improvement needs.

They're normally nice and helpful. This lowes is near my house so I frequent the location. Today I went in for a few things, got to self checkout, and couldn't get the military discount to work. 1st machine turned red and went to an employee screen. 2nd attempt same thing happens. The entire time the employee was petting a coustoms dog. I went to a new register, said screw the discount. This is the second incident, Im just going to avoid the location unless its a small purchase.

I want to give a big shout-out to James in the Lumber department at this Lowe’s location. He has always been incredibly helpful. I was building a deck by myself and needed to buy 6x6x12 lumber, which is heavy and awkward to handle, plus I had to make numerous trips for other materials. Every time, James was willing to step in, offer help, and give me a hand loading everything. I’m very impressed by this young man’s work ethic and attitude. Great customer service like this makes a huge difference. This Lowe’s also tends to have lower traffic and a much better shopping experience than Home Depot. Definitely appreciate the helpful staff and smoother experience here.

Horrible. Placed an online order for delivery. Supposed to come on Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm. Was supposed to get a 4 hour window the night before and that never came. Updated to out for delivery on Saturday so I got everything ready and help waiting so we could get it done before rains moved in. Saturday right at 8 it changed to delay, no call, no email, no text. Sunday comes and still no update so I contact customer service and they said they informed the store and someone would be in contact within 4 hours. Again, no contact made after 5 hours of waiting and paying for equipment and labor. Contacted customer service again and they told me to give this store another 4 hours to contact me. Is this store going to pay for my losses? Now, bad weather is moving in and what should have been done by Sunday night is now going to be delayed. Why? Because I was dumb and decided to use Lowes to save a little rather than Home Depot who is always on time and great with communication. Never again, lowes already got paid but can't follow up.

Just had a surgery and needed help fetching soil and mulch. They provided somebody to load my cart and also load the purchase into my vehicle. Found everything easily and was done in less than a half hour with their help!
