The worst experience ever! Ordered pickup at 3pm for the same day. Waited until 8:30 without any update. Came to the store. They spent another hour looking for the item. Finally got the item around 9:30pm. Never again to Lowes.

I had a delivery at 5am the plant supervisor open the door I said hi sir and before I can say good morning he started to give me an attitude that I need to say good morning first then before I can respond he said who are you ? get away from me as he walked away from me all I wanted to know was where should I park to get unloaded mind you as he walked up to open the doors he never said good morning too anybody I gave him 1 star because you have to click on it to leave your comment but Joshua doesn’t deserve one star if that’s how he spoke to me and I don’t work for Lowe’s imagine how he talks to the employees I don’t know how they made him a supervisor

Absolutely horrible experience with Lowe’s on Lane Ave! Their 3rd-party delivery driver was completely careless — literally dropping heavy concrete bags off the truck because he didn’t bring a forklift to unload the pallet properly. Ten bags busted open, spilling concrete everywhere. They replaced the broken bags, but that’s where any effort stopped. The driver left the mess all over my property and the street and then refused to come back and clean it up. It’s beyond frustrating — this is supposed to be a professional company, yet they send out drivers who don’t take responsibility for the damage they cause. Now I’m stuck with a huge concrete mess that I didn’t create. Lowe’s should be embarrassed by how this delivery was handled. If you value your property and expect basic professionalism, avoid Lowe’s Lane Ave deliveries at all costs!

Went to buy trim, they had the aisle cordoned off for forklift but never came to actually do anything . Kept telling me just a few minutes for over 20 minutes. I gave up and left.

The system is faster than me. Let me know my order was ready. Arrived. My order was ready. Staff checked out what system had already accomplished. Out the door in short order.
