Not a very costumer valued store. Would price match the online price. Raquel and Ursal was involved and rather than match the price she made me go get another down. Second review Lowe’s say they have 22 of the products in stock but no one can find them. This is why I go to Home Depot. Neither Lowe’s fixed their inventory after complaining. Still shows they have them in stock (Drilled shelving boards).

Came in today (06/21/25) to take advantage of the HASSLE FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY for Kobalt 1000 lumen flashlight and was denied not once but three times by both of your customer service associate. It literally says on the package about the hassle free lifetime warranty and the item is 1 meter impact rated. Flashlight broke after accidental drop (less than 1 meter). Told them I’m from orange park and they said they needed the charging cord. I offered to just take the flash light in exchange but was denied. Very Poor customer service. No options was provided. Those two associate says the info online doesn’t show on their website. Please train your employees. Orange park Lowe’s honored the HASSLE-FREE LIFETIME GUARANTEE.

Staff are good, most people will ask if you need help. The bathroom however is in shambles. None of the toilet paper is actually in a dispenser the rolls are just sitting around like a cruddy gas station bathroom. Sink has long hairs all over them, absolutely disgusting.

Kino, Lauren, Claire, Gabby and store Manager Mr. Clemente, made my day. When shopping for a lava lamp I found other things I didn't know I really needed. Kino took the time to help me because when u don't get a cart...u need a cart. Kino also impressed me with his knowledge of store merchandi se by being a consumer himself and having firsthand experience tonhelp me make an informed decision about what products to cover my outdoor concrete with. And by him being an Army Veteran I was that much more impressed. He said something that I actually agree with and adhere to...."I love helping people." It's like a breath of fresh air in humongous stores where it seems employees are dodging customers at times. I recommend a promotion because Kino "is that good". Hoping he and his wife and family all the best. Along with everyone at Lowes that went out of their way to assist the customer and make shopping a pleasant experience again. God Bless.😇

Will not let me return brand new unwrapped items that I purchased from this store.Because I lost my receipt. From now on I will definitely buy everything from Walmart and Amazon. Because they do not have such ridiculous return policies. Lowe's just lost my business forever. 👍✌️
