⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I would’ve gotten his name. A gentleman was bringing back a hot water tank and, completely on his own, stopped to ask if I needed any help. He was obviously very busy, yet still took the time to check in with me. He was about 6 feet tall with salt-and-pepper hair, walking toward the back area. It was just so nice to have someone take a moment out of their day and share such positive energy. Experiences like that really matter. I highly recommend this Lowe’s — very, very good people.

I purchased a washing machine and dryer back in February. It was delivered on February 14th. I called on February 15th to inform them that something was wrong with the appliance as it was making this extremely loud noise and moving. They sent the delivery driver back out to adjust the legs. Needless to say, the washing machine continued making the noise. Since then, Lowe’s informed me that I am out of the return period. They informed me to contact Whirlpool. I have had 4 technicians to come out. Each one said something different. In addition to the noise, the temperature of the water wasn’t working. The cold water would come out hot and the hot water would come out cold. The 4th technician fixed the water issue, but not the noise issue. I have spoken with Shannon, Senior Manager Customer Care with Lowe’s and she stated that she can’t authorize a return or exchange. No one wants to take accountability for the washing machine that was delivered broken. I will NEVER purchase anything from Lowe’s again. I don’t care what it is. If I could rate them a ‘0’ I definitely would.

It never felt so good being Blue. My father crossed over October of 2025 and I inherited his home. This place was card for to extent of his abilities as a 74 year old man. Little things here and there with a couple of biggies called for attention. His back keep certain things on the back burner longer that needed like to have seen. Now that I've taken over the family home, I've contended with around 60% of everything, mainly to satisfy a 4-Point Inspection. (I PASSED!). Resting now with callus fingers and sore elbows, I'm looking at what was passed down to me on terms of the tools I've used. Kobalt. These blue tools helped me pull nails, replace ceiling fans, change vinyl skirting, fix toilets and tighten fencing. They were and are invaluable to me protecting and caring for the legacy he left behind. I'd have to admit the long nose pliers have been the most versatile mamma-jammas I found. They, along with the non-contact voltage tester helped me get my GFC outlets installed correctly. So if you read this Kobalt people. Thank you for helping me bring life back to my family home... and maintaining it.

great store if you're in the Lenox avenue area of the Westside near I-10. The staff is very helpful. And they have everything you could ever need in home improvement. i just went in there to pick up some plumbing supplies to fix a leaky toilet and while i was in there i took some nice pics of the tools, paint dept and garden center. please check out the pics. you are going to want to install the Lowes app on your phone so you can research items before you go and while you are shopping.

Montgomery at Lowe’s Came over when we weren’t being helped which was nice but then had an aggravated attitude. Made the paint, but after I had a question he got more frustrated. Not the friendly experience
