After several poor customer service experiences over the past few years, I had honestly stopped shopping at this Lowe’s location and began using a nearby competitor instead. However, when it came time for a major appliance purchase, I shopped around for the best overall price and ended up purchasing through Lowe’s. During the transaction, I had also purchased an installation package for my new appliances. Unfortunately, the third-party installation vendor was extremely difficult to work with, and I ultimately decided I needed to cancel the installation entirely. What should have been a simple process quickly became complicated, involving cancellations, reorders, and coordinating everything to still be delivered together correctly. Assistant Store Manager T’Onna stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She worked quickly and efficiently to get everything corrected, but what impressed me most was that she continued to personally follow up with me throughout the entire process. She called and emailed me multiple times to provide updates, confirm details, and make sure everything was handled properly all the way through delivery coordination. T’Onna single-handedly restored my faith in Lowe’s customer service. It is rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes that much pride in their work. Her professionalism, communication, follow-through, and dedication absolutely deserve recognition beyond just a quick thank-you at the store level. This is exactly the kind of leader you want representing your company — someone who treats the business and customer experience as if it were her own store every single day.

I have spent $6,000 at this location in past month on several appliances. But, a constant issue now is finding STAFF. Sunday, I was trying to buy W/D. Took 30 min to find even ONE EMPLOYEE....but found Brian who was very helpful. He measured W/D to be sure dimensions met my space. He walked me to cash register & handled payment. A very long line at Customer Service register. Monday, my handyman & another guy waited 30 min & neither one was ever helped -- both left empty handed. NO STAFF in the floor. This has become a pattern & I am not longer going to this location since nightmare staff issues.

I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s thanks to Tom and Morgan. I came in with several questions about lawn equipment, Tom took the time to thoroughly explain my options and help me find exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Morgan was super kind at the register and made getting the Lowe’s credit card a cake walk. Thank you Lowe’s, you have some good ones out here. God bless.

I’d like to recognize Alphonso in the Garden Center at Lowe’s for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me with my gardening needs. Alfonso went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and offered great advice along the way. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Lowe’s is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and professional as Alfonso on their team!

This is hands down the best store of its kind, surpassing both Home Depot and other Lowe’s. The deals are amazing, and the customer service is top-notch. After being away from Jacksonville for several years, I just returned last week and needed to shop for a new washer, dryer, and some light fixtures. As soon as I asked for assistance, someone showed up almost immediately, and everything was taken care of without delay. The staff consistently checked in to see if I needed help, even while I was using the self-checkout. Truly impressive. They treat their customers like VIPs, and it's clear that the management here goes above and beyond since they create the atmosphere! This store truly makes Lowe's look good. From now on, I'll be making the trip here for all my home improvement needs.
