Placed an online order last night to pick up today. Walked in during my lunch hour and there was a huge line! Not 2 seconds later, Christian walks up and says Linda? I answered yes, and he said follow me, I have your order ready! What a pleasant surprise! He also noticed that I had placed two orders before he even got back to the area to get my order. Very impressive! He also saw me come back into the store and asked if he could help. It was a pleasure meeting Christian and I really appreciate how he also walked me to another area of the store to find another item I needed. Excellent customer service!

There is exceptional young lady by the name of Angie. While I was in Lowe’s I thought that I had picked up everything I needed. By the time I made it to the counter and ranged up my items I remembered I had forgotten something. I told Angie and she made it very easy for me when I returned. Thank you Angie for being a good person with exceptional customer service skills!!!

We are remodeling a bathroom with a construction worker and we're buying all the things, he's just doing all the work. They are so helpful there when it comes to finding things I've never even heard of! Lol- We also bought some outside Christmas decorations and they were extremely helpful with this as well. We've never had an issue with friendly workers there. They are so kind and helpful. PLUS, they do a military discount. Not a lot of places do that anymore. Highly recommend this Lowe's!! They people are great 👍

We went to Lowe's today to get material for siding replacement; unfortunately all the boards were imperfect in such a way the contractor refused to buy any. Big disappointment. However, I decided to buy the windows there and the cashier at the checkout was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my virtual credit card and the barcode that I was supposed to have since I had not receive my card by mail yet. He got everything to work beautiful and I was about to pay for my windows with my credit card. Everyone was so nice. Despite we couldn't get some of the materials, I had a good experience at Lowe's. Staff was really great and that's a plus. I hope they replace all those imperfect boards soon

Not about this special location but horrible experience. I bought online and had pick up there by a worker. Now when the item was returned instead of giving gift card they are giving merchant credit that can only be used in store. I live in different state so I lost money
