I bought a refrigerator from this store the other day and the day of the delivery they came and took my old fridge and then announced after taking my fridge that they DID NOT have my new one on there truck!! I waited 8 hrs while all of my meat and perishable spoiled and had to be trashed. The fridge finally arrived and today I called to be compensated for my loss of all of my food due to there screw up and I was told that they would only give me a 5% discount! That doesn’t even cover my gas to get to the store to replace all of my lost items. This is completely insulting and the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. I loved Lowe’s before. My dad even worked for Lowe’s but this is poor business practice and shocking that this was handled so poorly. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here from now on. Shame on you Lowe’s for treating a loyal customer so poorly.

I visited Lowe’s this Sunday morning around 7 AM, and honestly had a great experience. I was the first customer of the day, and the lady who opened the door welcomed me very warmly and professionally. I found everything I needed in about 3 minutes, and the checkout process was smooth and fast. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and a very pleasant start to the morning. Thank you Lowe’s team!

Great experience at this Lowe’s location. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. Staff were friendly and and I was able to find everything I needed quickly. Will definitely be back!

This morning I went to Lowe's and my experience was terrible it was past 7:00am (when they open) and the Pro entrance wasn't even open and nobody even around. They barely have people working there to help you load they only have a few bags of concrete at the time and they were all broken and the manager only will do 10% while Home Depot do 50% on broken bags. On top of that they didn't even have the right change to give me back after my purchase. Lowes is more expense than Home Depot yet worse. I only went to because they open an hour before but was a waste of time and just ended going to Home Depot anyway.

Extremely well stocked and wide variety of goods, gardening, soil, papers, mowers, grill, tools, etc. Employees easy to find and very helpful. Would highly recommend!
