While shopping the garden for some lovely plants, the agent working the register was so friendly and courteous. Her name is Leslie.. She pointed me in the direction of the beautiful plants I was looking for. What a nice person. I am definitely coming back to shop at this Lowe’s because of this agent .

Went to buy plants, flowers and soil. Ms. Tanja was amazingly helpful, friendly and patient. She helped us carry out the soil and place it in the trunk of our car as well as she helped everyone else in the line kindly. She's a tremendous asset for Lowe's.

Sharon and Leslie went above and beyond to provide excellent service! They seemed genuinely happy to help me. They wrapped each one of my many plants individually to help keep my car clean. I left the store feeling happy and smiling. Employees like Sharon and Leslie are the reason Lowe's is our go-to big box store. Thank you and sincerely!

Brandi ant the customer care/return department really did not even try to accommodate the customer (myself) with a simple return. I actually ended up leaving a $26 item that she could not replace for me because I purchased the wrong item, and she had no problem with me leaving her the item without giving me a refund or even letting me replace the item. I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s, and I am a pro’s member, not to mention thin that I opened a business account with Lowe’s. Now I’ll take my business to the Home Depot.
