I always find exactly what I need for my house projects here. The layout is easy to navigate and I rarely have trouble tracking down tools or supplies for whatever I am working on. While sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find a staff member when the store gets busy, the quality of products and the convenience make it a reliable place to visit for all my home improvement needs.

This place sucks. I waited over ten minutes to get help in the paint section to ah e them mix my paints and still no one came. I usually go to Menards, I’ve always had multiple people stop and ask me if I need help there. If you want a better customer experience, go Menards all the way

I spent 24.95 on a sprinkler...never worked the 1st time. I went through the 16 gates of Hell that is indianapolis traffic took it back and the gave me a refund. I asked them how much I needed to spend to get s sprinkler that actually worked so I wouldn't have to make the trip back. They could not answer the question. The products sold are very expensive junk made to break. Customer service is a joke. Their employees have no idea what they're doing nor do they care.

Refused to do a price matching despite it being a company policy. Would go back, but employees were a bit rude. The place offers a lot of items others don't.

Good selection across the board. Prices are high and products are very cheap and imported. Other store sell a lot of the same products cheaper, shop around.
