This is a continuation of the post rd. Incident my wife posted. I ordered the stones that was not delivered or refund correctly from post rd Lowe's. Kristen and Chloe were completely helpful and genuinely trying to offset the awful experience I received from Post rd Lowe's. They did the best they could to fast track the missing items and get them to me. I really appreciate their support. If I decide to come back to Lowes in the future it will be because of these 2 individuals that tried to help me. I had to pay this store the price of the stones and papers on top of the post rd store but understand as these stores are not connected. Thank you Kristen and Chloe for your help

I enjoy going to the garden area while my best friend London is in chemotherapy. It has become my saving grace where everyone is so loving and caring for us. I love my flowers I find, sales every time. When I lost my dad just 2 months ago I stopped in again my dogs in chemo at Indy Vet..I explained to her why I was buying what I was for the funeral and my cashier helped me with the price because I had a few carts full..needless to say the love that was given to me through my battle 💔 those flowers mean the world to me n continue healing my heart through the process. They have given me much more than great sales this place is where I can breath for just a few moments in time when I just want to fall apart.

Some associates in the store was very helpful with what could be an order. Lowes has just automatically canceled my order and told me I had to go in and physically purchase my items. It is a total of $5000, this time. Within the last 5 years I have spent roughly $500000 at the corporation. I am planning on taking my business and whatever business I can from Lowes. They, in general are not willing to work with you. YOUR LOSS LOWES.

Came in for plywood with special cuts. Essa was fantastic. Very helpful and professional. Had shoulder surgery recently…..went out of his way to help. I will not go back to Madison and County Line Road!!!!

Great store, I went just to look at plants today but have shopped there several times for appliances and home improvement materials. I don't have any complaints really other than traffic in and out of there can be crazy at times. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is as clean as a store like that can be and items are well stocked.
