I became disabled with back spasms while at the register. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! They helped me to a motorized cart and made sure I was able to get to my car! I appreciate the kindness that I was shown. I can't tell you how much that meant to me!!

I visit this Lowe’s location frequently, and every single time I’m impressed by how friendly and helpful the entire team is, no matter the department. That said, I wanted to specifically recognize Jim (Store #0635), who went above and beyond to help me. Took the time to really understand my issue, walked me through possible solutions he could think of, and recommended exactly what I needed and it worked perfectly. I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me and takes pride in what he does. Jim made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy, and that kind of service deserves to be recognized. Lowe’s is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you again, Jim!

What is it with these stores who feel like they need to have employees roaming the aisle to upsell me?!?! I was just at Lowe’s shopping for plants and an employee stopped me to ask about the age of my heating and cooling system. Noooooo. Costco is doing the same thing. An employee “helps” you unload your items so they can try to sell you a higher-priced membership. These stores would be better off simply adding employees to help shoppers, so that when I need assistance I am not wandering the aisles looking someone.

They have study l quality home improvement stuff but don't go unexpecting quality customer service. And probably don't pre-order yourself to pick it up either because that's generally a hassle that will take you more time and energy than it would take you to just go shop for yourself. The manager that came to help me in lieu of the employee that wasn't very helpful seemed nice though. A little grumpy but she has to work with people that don't want to work so I don't hold her accountable for that

Kelly Hunt in the appliance section was an immense amount of help over the weekend. While he pointed out differences in dishwashers he wasn’t pushy just knowledgeable. He helped us make an informed decision. Highly recommend him!!
