I ordered stone edgers and patio pavers for delivery today 5/1. $1150.00 paid. Only half of the order was delivered and no call or communication. I asked the driver about shortage. He said not my problem he is 3rd party. Call the store. I called the store and they knew they were short and false put in that the customer changed delivery date. Complete lie. I asked for a refund as I need the stone as a crew was showing up to work. They said they would give me a refund and make it right. The credited me 196. And charged me 887 for the order delived. They clearly messed up because the cost for the stuff I received was clearly 570.00 which is easy math 168 stones at 1.25 each and 144 edge at 2.50. Nothing else delivered. Talking with Kevin Williams. The amount was correct. We gave you 192 credit. Absolutely crazy the store would rip off customers this way and make it my problems. I will be looking to take this to legal for theft. Absolutely the worst store I have every dealt with. I would highly suggest to check your receipts as this is probably happening to more than just me. Its crazy to be held hostage with over 3hours on the phone to be treated as poorly as I was with out any clear resolution to end up being told thank you and being hung up on.

I ordered 15 rolls of insulation to be delivered to my house. They called to say they couldn't deliver it so they would cancel the order and send a refund. Then they called to ask me to buy the order again and that they COULD deliver it. They wanted me to pay for the same order again immediately, before the refund for the canceled order even hit my bank. VERY suspicious behavior. Turns out the refund they issued did NOT include the 69$ delivery charge, so they just straight up stole that from me. I will never shop at Lowe's again, and will share my story with as many people as I can. I am absolutely shocked this kind of thing is happening at such a major retailer. It was like I was shopping on Craigslist... Avoid this place. Thieves.

Employees were so helpful. Took time to walk us over to find what we needed since the store had judt been rearranged. Good selection of items too.

Visited this location and encountered the most unprofessional associate. I was only trying to ask where an item was and was immediately cut off and dismissed as if I wasn’t a paying customer. She pointed to her badge and walked away. I left that store and will not return. Her name I believe was Sontell and was a manager!!!!! Please address this because if this is the introduction to this store I’m not sure how business is still conducted.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I returned a range well over a month ago. Still no credit. Lowe’s picked it up from my house!!! Emailed managers, no response! Emailed corporate, no response!! How does this store stay in business??!! Go across the street to Home Depot! Never again will I give this store one dime of my money. Pathetic management!
