helpful staff. huge store. prices a bit higher than I would prefer on mis tint paints, keys and garden plants. but softener salt prices were competitive. I'm still going to the smaller hardware stores for mis tint paints and plants bc prices are better. Bought a flower took pictures of the vibrant colored planters. Didn't purchase but enjoyed seeing them.

Their online website said they had 15 of what I was looking for but when I got their they only had one . So don’t believe website and call first. However when I got their the salesman was helpful. Got the largest tree stand (good quality) for my tree

I have a PRO account and usually shop at Lowe’s on Keystone and 62nd street. I love the store and its people. They are always helpful and knowledgeable even when they are short staffed. A recent project we took on has taken us to the north west side of Indianapolis and I have been shopping for my contractors at the store on Michigan and 82nd Street. The experience could not have been more disappointing. The reason why I use a PRO account is mostly to expedite my shopping trips as it costs me money to keep my contractors wait while I buy supplies. The PRO desk at the Michigan Road store has been repeatedly inefficient and unhelpful and very slow. There might be 3 or 4 employees at the PRO desk areas and they would be talking to each other and carrying while there is a line of 4 or 5 customers waiting at one PRO register. I have asked for assistance to find something and have waited 10 or 15 minutes for someone to show up and then tell me they do not know the answer because it is not their department and they are short staffed. I want to distinguish one employee at that store that has been super helpful on several occasions. His name is Joseph. He works in bath and plumbing. I wish him to receive the due credit for being a good employee! I am sure there are other good employees at that location and do not wish to generalize, but I need to say that my PRO desk experience at the Lowe’s on Michigan road has been less than satisfactory.

Delivering to Lowe’s is always easy. It takes longer to get through the automated appointment setting on the phone than it takes them to actually unload you. There was a few pallets and some racks in the drive that made backing a bit tight. A day cab could have easily handled it but I’ve got a long wheelbase due to the sleeper. The guys in receiving like other Lowe’s are always great to work with.

Melissa James was the customer service representative and she was amazing! She went above and beyond! She was super patient and friendly, super helpful. We picked couple fridges and she was showing us all the models. They have a very good selection of appliances in general and good prices.
