Spent about $800 on butcher block countertops and also picked up two fan cleaners that were clearly mislabeled on a large price sign. We showed photos of the sign at self-checkout, but instead of honoring it or quickly resolving a $4 difference, we were left waiting for a shift manager who then refused to adjust it without going to verify it personally. This happened while we were already making a large purchase and standing at self-checkout even longer. It wasn’t about the $4 — it was about the poor customer service and lack of common sense. Unfortunately, this location continues to disappoint.

Love their plant selection (indoor and outdoor)! Staff is always helpful and there’s usually no wait at the self checkout. I get house plants from here (monsteras), starters for my reptile terrariums (pothos), as well as seeds (morning glory). Plenty of supplies to keep up with lawn care and home projects!

Much better service than the other place. Love when employees aren't afraid to make eye contact in fear that you might ask them something they're supposed to be experts on. Thanks Lowes.
