I bought a dishwasher recently after the one in my new house crapped out. Scott S. was SUPER helpful. The kind of salesperson you actually want to talk to. I told him my concerns about cost (moving is expensive), what features were important to me, and what I knew about certain brands. He was incredibly helpful at explaining the difference between brands, which features mattered and why, and never tried to upsell me to something I couldn't afford. In fact, when I veered toward any that were outside my budget, he pointed me to ones in my budget and compared the quality and features. I left super pleased. Unlike some of my past experiences with salespeople, I left this store with a new dishwasher and zero regrets. He also proactively mentioned the peripherals (cords for hookup) that I might need based on the ages of the house to I wouldn't be surprised on delivery day with needing something else. But, he also made it clear how easy it would be to return the extra parts of they weren't needed. If you need appliances and want to talk to someone knowledgeable and TRUSTWORTHY, see Scott. When I need to update my other appliances, I'll seek him out.

You have two amazing employees at this location: Rob and Nancy W. Rob help me pick out a grill and was very knowledgeable about the product. He was very engaging and made my wife and I feel at least. Nancy W - is one of the sweetest people I've ever met at Lowe's! She was very attentive to all of our questions and suggested gardening products that would compliment our landscaping plans. Thank you Rob and Nancy!!

This review is for Tim, the cashier in the garden department at the Maple St store. I am not going to apologize for being too old to lift a 50 lb bag of rock. We have been to your store twice now for pavers and rock. Twice now, we told you we needed help putting the bags on the cart and twice we told you we needed help loading them in the vehicle. So twice, now we waited for help to come as we watched you walk by us 3 times and look at my husband standing by our vehicle with a load of bags. I went in each time to get help. What is your idea of help? Making promises to help and avoiding the customer. Did you think if we waited long enough we would just try and do it ourselves. I feel sorry for you that this gives you pleasure and I will pray for you that you realize how rewarding it is to help someone. I also hope you get the training needed so others do not suffer like we did .

Lowe’s You better give Robert a big adda boy! This guy on the maple road Lowe’s saved my day. I bought two previous quarts of paint to finish my whole house paint job and for whatever reason the two previous employees couldn’t not get my custom paint matched up resulting in a total mismatch and start over. Robert literally typed the color code of the original can and determined right away the last can was just not mixed right. Robert know paint and he is your asset to making this customer walk out ear to ear smiling. Free lunch, bump in pay, free day off. Just take care of him somehow.

I placed a curbside pickup order for a 100 pound bird bath. I am grateful for the curbside option so I didn’t have to lug that thing around the store! Nancy was the associate who helped me get my order in the car. Nancy is fabulous and has wonderful customer service.
