Their service is highly convenient. They can cut plywood or any other wood products to the desired size, saving you a significant amount of time. Their staff is consistently helpful and professional.

Incomplete delivery/installation; 8 hours of waiting during my rescheduled delivery window; 2+ hours on the phone across many calls begging an AI assistant to let me talk to a human, explaining my issue to different associates, and sitting on hold. Still don’t have the fully functioning appliance. Do better Lowe’s

If you need to purchase an appliance, work with Alex, he is knowledgeable, honest, experienced and nice. Everytime I work with Alex, I leave with a smile.
