Wow, managers here are horrible! Make you waite 20 minutes because there advertised prise is not working on the register. Then the garden manager comes and says im the big outside manager and you think im going to honor that, No! So I waited for nothing. Stay Away, better off going to home depot where they actually care about customer service!

Candice with appliances is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us. She answered all the questions we had. We have never had a smoother sale than what Candice provided. She is a gem! We truly appreciated her customer service and personality. Thank you Candice, and thank you Lowe's on 12th for hiring her! She is a breath of fresh air! If you need a new washer and dryer, go to her!!

Shoutout to Drea and Phillip in the lumber department! Each provided exceptional assistance in the lumber department today. They demonstrated commendable courtesy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to customer service. Drea exhibited remarkable precision in measuring, marking, and cutting the selected plywood using the in-store vertical saw. Subsequently, Drea meticulously loaded the materials into our truck.

I decided to stop by Lowe’s today to buy electrical wire for a ac that we were installing, I ask for help 4 times I waited 20 min and no one show up to open the cabinet were they have a the electrical wires, I decided to buy other things I picked up some other stuff and headed to the self serve cashier. I mentioned to the cashier ma’am I was standing 25 minutes waiting for somebody to go open the cabinet to buy some electrical wire and her sarcastic answer was what do I supposed to do? I was very disappointed to waste almost 35 minutes. I walked out of the store and left everything in the cashiers. I highly did not recommend the store as time is valuable I went ahead and head to the Home Depot up the street. I was able to get all the wire at Home Depot and less than 10 minutes in and out. I’m very disappointed on my local Lowe’s off of 12th St.

I’m beginning to think Lowe’s delivery system is powered entirely by carrier pigeons with a poor work ethic. Order #1: A toilet that was supposedly “in stock” for same-day delivery. Apparently “same day” means “sometime before the next presidential election,” because it took two days. Order #2: A simple curbside pickup. “Ready in 3 hours,” they said. Twenty-four hours later? Nothing. I called the store SEVEN TIMES before finally reaching someone who didn’t immediately answer the phone just to hang up without saying hello. Truly innovative customer service. Order #3: Scheduled Saturday for Sunday delivery. Since the first two orders went so well, I called ahead to make sure we weren’t headed for another disaster. Manager on duty Andrew assured me everything was fine and promised someone would follow up. By 7:30 PM — with the store closing at 8 — I called again. After being transferred into the void multiple times, I finally reached someone who checked with Andrew and told me the order was “ready” and they were “waiting on a driver.” It is now hours later. No delivery. Again. I had to cancel my contractor AGAIN because apparently Lowe’s believes everyone else’s time is optional. At this point, I don’t know what Lowe’s actually delivers consistently besides disappointment. If incompetence were a building material, they’d never run out of stock.
