Be Cautious! My dealings with Lowe’s has been unreal, they have caused my family a tremendous amount of distress and anguish. I’ve been trying to get them to finish a kitchen cabinetry project for over four months. The sales staff and management have shown such an astonishing lack of respect and interest in trying to resolve their mistakes. Wrong cabinet sizes, door styles mismatched, problems with install and on and on!

Scan an item for its price, in store, and the price that was reflected was not the price when I rang the item up at the register. The nice woman at the register informed me that she couldn't price match an item but I could complete my order online. She said I could then take the items to customer service and basically fulfill my own order. When I went to customer service and explained, the guy couldn't understand and simply says, I can't price match... Not what I was asking. I now get to wait even longer for items I already had in hand for Lowe's to complete my order. Great job not making prices consistent across all points of purchase. UPDATE: Four hours later they call to let me know they only have one of the two items I ordered. I go inside, find my second item, the one they said they didn't have, and proceed to pick up the rest of my order. I get this, damaged packaging for a Christmas gift! And of course, because of the online price, they can't switch it for an undamaged package.

We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Lowe’s cabinetry dept. Some Cabinet sizes were ordered wrong, so we had to wait an additional six weeks to get the correct sizes. Then they sent the installer the wrong drawings, which has created so many problems and delays for our family. The store manager Ceci has done nothing to help resolve numerous issues, and has not responded to our emails or phone calls. We ordered and paid for the cabinets in May, and started making hefty cc payments in June. As of today 10/7 we’re still waiting for a resolution and a working kitchen. These cabinets were ordered for my dear sweet elderly Mother. She deserves better, you should be ashamed!!

I went looking for herbs to pot in a planter. I asked an young man, in a red Lowe's employee vest who was in the garden center watering ornamental plants where I could find the herbs and I specifically stated I did NOT want seed. He directed me to the seeds anyway. Definitely NOT an exemplar of service, is for sure.

After purchasing my new dishwasher, I was told that it would be delivered to the store on the next Thursday., and I would be contacted by the contracted installer on that day to arrange a date for installation. I was never called. I called the number the salesperson provided me for the installing company twice and had to leave a message both times - they never answered their phone. Finally, a few days later, I received a call from someone who said they would arrive on Friday in the middle of the morning to do the installation. It's now 3:00 pm and I still haven't seen or heard from anybody about the job.
