I stop here almost daily for my business. Great staff always willing to help with a smile in the morning. My only complaint is with people from Target or others who just don't care will park in the designated trailer parking with there cars. It is always a toss up if we can park with our trailers close by. It really stinks when we have a lot of lumber and supplies.

Super disappointed! Was delayed TWICE with my pick up orders ! First one was for metal frames and plywood which it was NEVER ready on time. I ordered from Home Depot and within an hour it was ready !!! I decided to give a second shot for spray paint. It said to pick up today… guess what? CANCELLED 😂😂 I ordered already from Home Depot and guess what ready again in one hour. Never ever ordering pick up from this location. The excuse is always “We only have one person to handle the pick up”. Good so I know NOT to order from there ever !

******Stay away from Ronald - Super Disrespectful to customers and his own Managers!!********* Date: July 7th Time frame: 6:45-7:30 Trifling Worker: Ronald or (Ronaldo) Area: Tiles I came back into the tile area. A worker passes by by the name of Ronald. I address him by saying, “ Hey Sir”, There looks me dead in my face, and then continues to walk to the appliance area. So then I go and look in that area and there are three representatives over there. And then I walk closer and no one addresses me to ask if I need any help. I then asked to speak to a manager. When the manager arrives, I tell him that Ronald looked me right in my face when I asked for help, and kept going and I found it, as a veteran, to be very disrespectful. Then Ronald, starts to smile and smirk in front of the manager and myself. Smiling in front of a manager while a customer is making a complaint about you says that not only do you not care about customers, but you don’t care what your managers have to say. Why are these people there if they have no respect for customers or authority? I normally don’t experience disrespect at Lowe’s, and I go there because there support Veterans, but I wish they could vet employees better. Then to add insult to injury, I find out that the tile area is the area that he works in. Maybe it was because of my ethnicity, or maybe he just didn’t feel like responding, or maybe he doesn’t give a flying fudge about anyone but himself. However it seems like all of the above. Super disrespectful. However, there’s one good thing that came out of this. I will always remember Lowes because of him. Thank you to the manager for hearing my complaint and allowing me to be heard after being grossly disrespected and then laughed at by an employee in front of management.

10/10 service from Mathew and Richard. We needed a new toilet stat. My husband was not able to go shopping with me making me nervous to pick out the toilet without much knowledge. Mathew explained the different toilet options and let me take my time making a decision. He could see I was pregnant and grabbed Richard to load the box in the back of my car. They were sure to make sure I could see out all of my back windows before I drove away. Easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s on Sunday 2/22 with delivery and installation included. I was told a third-party installer would contact me within two days. By Wednesday, I had not heard from anyone, so I called the store and was given an email address for the installer. My message was forwarded, but I received no response. By Friday, still without updates, I went to the store. Multiple associates, including Jarrod and Zachary, could not resolve the issue, and I had to repeatedly explain the situation. Zachary was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming he had “only been here for two minutes.” An assistant manager, Cameron, found a contact number for the installer but did not provide it to me. Follow-up calls that day went unanswered, and I was repeatedly transferred or put on hold. Finally, Kimberly, the Manager on Duty, promised a follow-up by 5:00 PM MT, but as of Saturday morning, I had still not received a call. I visited the store in person, but Kimberly could provide no new information. She eventually offered a discount on the installation fee. My wife called Monday and spoke with Steven, who confirmed the matter was escalated to a regional manager and provided a contact number. On Tuesday, March 3, the installer scheduled a weekend installation that I could not accommodate. I requested Friday, March 6, between 1–3 PM MT, which they confirmed. On installation day, the installers arrived at 3:03 PM, past my requested window, and left water all over my kitchen floor. Throughout this process, I experienced poor communication, unhelpful and dismissive staff, multiple unfulfilled promises, and repeated explanations of my situation. The lack of accountability and coordination between the store and third-party installer made a simple appliance purchase extremely stressful. I hope Lowe’s improves its customer service, coordination with installers, and accountability for follow-through. I did call and file a complaint from there customer service line, and filed a BBB complaint before this got resolved. I'm sure the bot that will auto reply to the review will still ask to submit a complaint
