Initially had some issues getting help to have someone take down a box That was up high eventually, I was able to get help from two individuals that were nice. The experience at Lowe’s was just OK until I made it upfront and the cashier Jenny made up for the OK experience and she offered extraordinary customer service and refused to let me leave without someone helping carrying things out to my car for me. Jenny turned and ok experience into a great experience

Had a washer delivered. The associate refused to level the washing machine ( i asked and he hear me but left without doing as I asked. ) so now we are having to so ourselves. They got here earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.

Another mega store for Olivvia ( my rescue puppy) and I to wander and get lost in. I especially enjoy their well kept outdoor garden section. They do a good job of rotating plants to a "clearance" section. Sometimes prices are 70% off. My front and back yards are primarily decorated with perennials that I have purchased there. All they needed was bit of extra TLC to bring them back to real beauty. You will find everything else for your home there ( even the kitchen sink)-from staples to refrigerators and contractors materials. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

My father is a disabled Veteran of the Vietnam war, has a hard time walking due to complications with agent orange. He ordered a bag of fertilizer, went in to pick it up and asked if someone could help load it into his truck and was told we don’t do that here. They put it in a cart and sent him on his way! This store doesn’t care about Vets or Seniors. The Home Depot on Maxtown offers help without even asking, as well as the Lowes in Mount Vernon so I would have to say it’s the management at this store. They won’t be getting any of my business going forward.
