Went this afternoon to get a few items and encountered an older white female at self check out. Me and my husband who are an interracial couple really caught her attention. She decided to stand right beside me almost shoulder to shoulder as I was scanning my items. I asked her why she was standing so close to me and she replied she was trying to help me, I told her we were good and she proceeded to stand right next to me watching me scan. I told her to walk away she doesn’t need to be so close to me she still proceeded to watch my every move. This is ridiculous and insulting no one needs to have someone hovering over them and making them uncomfortable! I will never return to this location. It’s uncomfortable, insulting , harassment and maybe bordering profiling. Pull the tape and watch her interactions. It was between 1:30 and 2 today!

This store is is worthless. Customer service is terrible. There were 8 associates standing around doing nothing when I had to go inside after waiting 10 minutes for order pickup. My order was filled with the wrong size item when I selected no item substitutions in my app. I was also directed to a different door to do my order pick up without a call or notification in the app. This store is always dirty, items are either not in stock or in incorrect places. There's another Lowes ten minutes down the road from this one and it's so much nicer. This one should just be closed. It's gone way down hill.

A former employee has created a Facebook profile under the store number 1211. They no longer live in Ohio but in Texas and use this account to “stalk” or view pages. Please shut this page down! Thank you!

By far the worst Lowes in the Central Ohio area deliveries end up incorrect multiple times. Management does not hold their employees accountable. All team workers are rude. I would recommend you go to any Lowes store in the state of Ohio before you go to this one.

Best place in ohio for home improvement. My back yard was fenced by wire. I bought a wooden fence from Lowe's at brice road then look at the picture how buaetyfull it is.
