Wide selection of tools, materials, and home essentials. The store is generally well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find what you need, and the prices are decent. However, customer service can be hit or miss—sometimes staff are very helpful, but other times it can be hard to find assistance or someone without a general attitude of apathy. Checkout lines can also get long during busy hours. Like most places you are forced to rely on self-checkout half the time.

We adore this Lowe’s! The staff are all amazing in each department they all thrive! It’s a hardware store yes I know BUT it’s kid & pet friendly. This place makes my mom heart happy and my littles are learning not just shopping. We recently got a key made before closing and the gentleman that helped us was so polite and helpful with two keys that fit better than the originals *KUDOS TO HIM* thank you 🙏

I bought a washer and dryer set today. I received wonderful customer service from William in the Appliance Department. He explained all the details, absolutely competent, and extremely professional.

12/18/2023 I had a wonderful experience I had an awesome customer helper name that I cant remember ok he was young wore glasses I believe ghandy not sure he was fantastic. He stayed with me like my personal assistant all the way to load my beautiful Christmas 🎄tree in the car & my🦚 peacock. It was so ❄️ 🥶 & he didn't have a coat🧥. He was so patient. 😍🥰I truly appreciate his kindness. I didn't have cash but I need to stop back & give a tip. They said do survey off receipt but I wasn't able to do it. Tobias went above and beyond helping me find product I needed for my project! Everything worked out well for me! If you go to this Lowe’s hopefully Tobias is there because he gets it done! Best associate at any hardware store I’ve ever dealt with! Needs an award or something
