We purchased a new fence with Lowe’s last year and had a couple hiccups with it. The 3rd party company that Lowe’s hired to do job wasn’t great. When I called Lowe’s for some help to get it resolved I was on hold for 1 1/2. I did have a very apologetic employee try to help but she said she was new and everyone went to a meeting and left her alone. A week later I went in to ask for help and the I had to call the manager who wasn’t in. Today I called and asked for the manager and he wasn’t in yet but he would call me. I waited about 4 hours later and they said that his reply was he couldn’t help me and to call the 3 party company they hired to do the work. I’ve previously been pleased with Lowe’s until now. By the way if you call the store you stuck in the AI phone loop.

I received excellent customer service at this location yesterday. I don’t shop at Lowe’s often so it was nice receiving help from the employees to find products I was looking for. All the employees made me feel welcome and were extremely friendly. The store is clean, fully stocked, and well organized. Great job Lowe’s you did a wonderful job running your store. This location gets a 5 out 5 stars from me! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location to shop.

This is a great store. I will say, that their main power tool. Flex tools. While very powerful. Do not last as long as other brands. If you buy flex tools from them make sure you register them and keep your receipts. Also the store has a good garden section that my wife really likes.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited this Lowe’s location recently and overall the store was organized and easy to navigate. However, my interaction with Wanda, who I understand is a head cashier, left me feeling uncomfortable. During the exchange, she appeared frustrated and was speaking under her breath in a way that felt directed toward me, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. I understand retail can be stressful, but especially in leadership roles, maintaining a professional and respectful tone goes a long way in customer service. I hope future visits feel more pleasant.

Absolutely DO NOT SHOP HERE! Management is beyond deplorable! Yves, Chad are HORRIBLE AND COMPLETELY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! MY HUSBAND is A 100% DISABLED VETERAN. He was making a return for store credit AND THE MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT COME TO THE FRONT TO KEY IN HIS CODE!! He REFUSED FOR NO REASON!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!! Lowe’s IS A COMPANY WITH ZERO INTEGRITY AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. SHOP ELSEWHERE!! There is ZERO CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE!!! They also REFUSED TO EXCHANGE A DELIVERY ITEM THAT THEY DAMAGED BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE THE 48 Hour window, and we elected to have our own installer and not pay their exorbitant installation fees. They use that to blackmail customers and not have to exchange ITEMS THEY DAMAGED. ALL THEIR MANAGERS NEED TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY SINCE THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER CARE! They DESERVE ZERO STARS.
