I stood in the same aisle, waiting for someone to help me, for about an hour. I had asked two different employee for help - They said they'd come get someone more knowledgeable in plumbing to help me. I left after an hour with no one helping me. The problem? I needed to replace a piece (I was holding the piece that needed to be replaced in my hand) and I, being someone inexperienced in plumbing, didn't know where to find it. I searched through the aisle again and again, unable to find it myself. I don't know if they had it. I don't know what it's called, because no one came to help me, despite someone being called to the aisle I was in several times. I have no idea if they did have it.

I could not find what I was looking for but several employees helped me find it. I didnt even have to ask them, they just offered to help. Appreciate that!

WOW!!! As I walked into this store I was given the most generous and genuine welcome greeting by Miss Latoya. I was made to feel special as a guest of her store. She is an asset to the Lowe’s company for her world-class customer service. Please see that she is rewarded accordingly.

I love this Lowe’s store, the garden center is just wonderful! So many flowers, scrubs and small trees to choose from, even a section of succulents and cacti. Inside, the store is clean, well stock, well organized and there are plenty of people to help you if you need it. They have a wide variety of appliances and cabinets and a nice section of toilets, baths and vanities. I have never delt with the lumber or building materials, so I can’t comment on that. I’ve never had a bad experience here, I only wish i lived a little closer.

Jim is an employee at this location, he works in the plant department and he is amazing. he helped me out over the phone and then when I came in, he greeted me with a smile before recognizing that he had been talking to me on the phone and walked me right to the item I was looking for. It’s pretty rare now that you see employees who are as genuine and sweet as Jim and willing to go the extra mile to help out.
