Organized, clean, & friendly service. Ive been coming to this Lowes for over 15 years. Out of all the locations I visit, this is the most organized store I've been to. Theres also a really large 👕 Carhartt collection, which seems to be new. I always come here for discounted 🪴 plants, they have the best selection. There's a great display with 🎁 gift cards to all sorts of places. They have a 🔑 key kiosk which is about $5/per key copy and takes like 5 minutes to make. Love that you can come here with 🐕 dogs! We often come when its too hot to walk outside. My experience has always been pleasant!

Love being able to look online at products and getting a good idea what may be in stock. This location has some great employees who will assist you to find stuff if you need it. Bonus that they stock Carhartt clothing!! Weekday evenings are the least busy. Nice big parking lot. Easy freeway access if you're zipping around d on errands.

Being only about five minutes from West Plano Lowe’s, we enjoy shopping there for convenience and good service since we moved to Far North Dallas about ten years ago. In fact, we’ve purchased our freezer, washer, and more recently, our refrigerator and dryer there. I am writing this because of my extremely unpleasant shopping experience over the past few days. Shortly after my surgery, I decided last Saturday morning to buy a Gardner Bender 10-amp Push Button Light Switch and a Korky 2X 3-in Rubber Toilet Flapper for same-day delivery because I couldn’t go to the store. I found out after checking out that I inadvertently ordered the light switch for same-day delivery, but the flapper for locker pickup at the store. Later in the afternoon, I received a message saying that my driver had finished the last stop and was on his way to deliver my order. I waited all afternoon; nothing arrived, and at the end of the day, I received a message stating the item was delayed and they were working on it. I waited until Sunday afternoon and called the store, where I was told to wait. On Monday morning, I asked someone to pick up my flapper at the store, but still patiently waited for my light switch to arrive. On Tuesday, I called three times before noon to check on my light switch delivery. The first time, I was transferred to the delivery department, no one answered, and I was somehow cut off. The second time, after explaining what happened, the representative said he would transfer me to his manager, but again, no one answered, and I was disconnected. The third time, I asked not to be transferred again and instead asked the representative to review my account to see what had happened and when I should receive my light switch. After providing my order number, he said the record showed I had already picked up my light switch! He took my phone number and said someone would call me back once the issue was resolved. By early evening, since I hadn’t heard anything, I called again. The first time I was asked to leave my number again. Then the second time, the representative asked if I could wait, and as soon as I said yes, she hung up on me (at least, it seemed that way!). I finally lost patience and found the exact same product on Amazon.com, which arrived the next day. I ended up leaving my bathroom closet light on for 4 more days during this process. I don’t think I will use Lowe’s Same-day Delivery again. Moreover, I need to go to the store in person when I’m well enough to cancel my light switch order (I don’t know how to do so online) and request a refund.

This weekend I visited my neighborhood Lowe's for some home improvement necessities, and I must say, the experience was truly top-notch. Outside the store, I found the parking lot neatly constructed, clean and easily navigable with designated parking for Military Veterans. One of the standout features inside the store was its inventory; the shelves were well-stocked, boasting a wide array of products. No matter what I was looking for, whether it was a niche item or a popular tool, I found it effortlessly. The customer service was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, to the checkout, the staff was proactive, courteous, and always on time with their assistance. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my shopping experience seamless and satisfactory. Lastly, I was immensely touched by Lowe's commitment to honoring Military Veterans. Their respect and acknowledgment towards those who have served is commendable, reflecting their ethos of community and appreciation. As a veteran, I felt recognized and valued. In summary, Lowe's delivers excellence on all fronts – from their expansive product range to their stellar customer service, all while holding high regard for our nation's heroes. Highly recommended!

Ordered curbside pickup for 40 lb birdseed. Got home with 20 lbs. Called and had to deal with a very unhelpful AI and now at 20 minutes waiting, they are now closing. I waited for nothing. Usually, I have good luck at the store. Very, very disappointed. I try to use Lowe's and not always use Amazon, but maybe I'll go back to Amazon.
