Cole Howard 3 months agoExtremely disappointing experience with the paint department at this Lowe’s. I purchased three one-gallon cans of Sherwin-Williams paint from this store, all should have been mixed to the exact same color. After painting the walls, it became obvious that two of the gallons had been mixed incorrectly. Something we couldn’t have possibly known until everything was dry. The color was noticeably different, leaving us with a mismatched project and extra work and money to fix a problem that originated in the store’s paint department. I contacted the store expecting a reasonable solution, but instead was told there was nothing they could do because the paint had already been used. There was no attempt to review the mix, no effort to look at the cans, and no willingness to take responsibility for what was clearly a mixing error. Mistakes happen. That’s not the issue. The problem is the complete lack of customer service or accountability when a mistake clearly occurs. Because Lowe’s refused to help, we ultimately had to go to an actual Sherwin-Williams store and purchase additional paint just to correct the wall. The Sherwin-Williams staff had no problem helping us match and fix the issue, something Lowe’s wouldn’t even attempt. It’s hard to understand how a major retailer selling custom-mixed paint can refuse to stand behind it when something goes wrong. This experience left us paying twice and doing extra work because of a problem created in-store. Lowes used to be my go to hardware store, but this experience has lost them a customer for life.
Adrian Gallardo Jr 4 months agoManagement at this Lowe’s continues to disregard the fact that they are responsible of the cleanliness in the alley along their fence regardless of the fact of how the litter arrived there. All of the homeowners do their part, but this big corporation is not doing their part. PLEASE DO BETTER LOWE’S
Jesus Garza 8 months agoI recently visited this store with the intention of becoming a regular customer and sourcing my Sheetrock from your location. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that has changed my mind. When I spoke with your forklift driver, I specifically requested that the Sheetrock be loaded one unit at a time to avoid any damage to my truck. Despite this clear instruction, the driver chose to ignore my request and loaded everything at once — in the process, hitting and damaging my truck. I was in a rush that day and only noticed the damage the following day. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to contact the store to resolve this matter, but I’ve been met with avoidance and unprofessional behavior. One manager even hung up on me when I expressed my frustration — an unacceptable response for a business that claims to value its customers. I expected better from your company. This incident not only caused damage to my property but also cost you a loyal and paying customer. I hope this message encourages a review of both your customer service approach and how you train your staff, especially those operating heavy equipment.
Ash M. 4 years agoStopped at this Lowe’s after eating breakfast at a local restaurant in the area. Found everything we needed. The guy at the self checkout was nice and helpful. The garden 🪴 center is amazing with a huge variety of plants 🌱, flowers 🌸, and gardening products.
Angie Ochoa a year agoBought a DEFECTIVE faucet 3 months ago. It’s the lowes brand. The return window is closed. They have horrible customer service, their team just keeps saying “I understand but ….” No they do not understand. I have two faucets from there, and one works and one doesn’t. So if you’re telling me that your products are going to go bad in 3 months then that’s then end of me ever shopping there. There is a reason why Home Depot exists. Use them. Best costumer service. They stand behind their products & don’t talk to customers like they are just another transaction. Will be we shop at Lowe’s again. (Even tho I know they will say weñl who cares) because thats exactly the kind of costumer service they offer.
