I was helped by Juan and Jay today in the Lowe’s in DeSoto they were the best help. I couldn’t have dreamt for better help. It was hot out and I needed compost, soil, and so many other things that they needed a fork lift to hold it all. They even found two 21” pots that weren’t on display. Juan and Jay made what could have been a miserable experience into a delightful one. I would highly recommend Juan and Jay any day. Terrific employees and Lowe’s is fortunate to have them as they’re employees.

I was here for a pickup order from this particular delivery app; checked in at 7:00pm and had to chase multiple people around the store for them to finally start loading the order at 7:30pm. On top of that, they have multiple bags of material opened/broken so they had to go back to get me “extras” Then, i saw how slow they were walking back to get those [after worker had already told me “i don’t need to move faster, i get paid by the hour”] so I decided to cancel the order and unload the truck myself in less than 2 minutes. This is one very slow crew. Starting with the managers. Especially the ones in charge of the pick up order area.

I've been a Lowe's customer for over 5 years, and I'm very disappointed that they don't honor the prices they advertise on their products. They simply refused to sell me the item at the advertised price. This shows a lack of respect for their customers. I took a picture of the product beforehand to have proof of what I'm saying. I'm very disappointed; I've always bought products at Lowe's, and this makes me seriously reconsider whether I'll continue to do so.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The pickup process at Lowe's was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly and brought my items out promptly, making it a smooth & stress-free experience. The item was in perfect condition and ready when I arrived.

Nice employees, but it’s incumbent on you to check your items if you order for store pickup. I bought a six count pack of light fixtures, trusted that that’s what I’d get. Nope — box looked like some floor item that was clearly rummaged through and is short one light. Of course I didn’t check until the night before I’m supposed to install these. Buyer beware!
