★★★★★ Outstanding Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and patient when I was struggling to find the right exterior screws. He didn’t just point me in the direction he walked me through the aisle, explained the differences between options, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Sue was very helpful at the minute key kiosk.

After going to three different stores trying to buy a large toolbox and getting little to no help, we walked into Lowe’s and had a completely different experience. Carol greeted us as soon as we came in and immediately called for assistance. David and Melinda were amazing. They answered all of our questions, checked to make sure the toolbox was in stock in the back, and even made sure it was in good condition before bringing it out. The customer service here was outstanding and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We definitely recommend coming to this Lowe’s location and will be back for future projects. Thank you, Carol, David, and Melinda, for going above and beyond!

The BEST Lowe’s thanks to Missy Perez, Houston, Ru, Marcus, Richie, Keri, Denver, Dana, and several others at the store. Missy unfortunately has to spend all day calling other stores because the delivery system is so laughable terrible now, thanks to DXP or whatever. Missy saves my ass on a daily basis. She has had to call other stores to tell the person I am with at that store how to ring a transaction. She has to deal with me placing orders at her store to find out every single item on the pallet was miscounted. As a GC, she IS LOWES to me. I love this store. Now, for the last month, someone who picks orders has 3 fingers and 11 toes because my orders are all wrong, but $5 says she will also have to fix that. (Update, she did.). Quick reminder to all: If we buy appliances, please include power cords, dryer ducts and water lines. Plumbing don’t work without water.

I had a Sunday project and needed 2 color matches for my exterior doors and trim . I was worried that since it was so late in afternoon on a Sunday that paint department would be closed early or hard to get any help . I was pleasantly surprised when I was quickly helped by young man named Gavin who helped me get what I needed in no time at all answered all my questions . Definitely impressed with his knowledge and polite positive attitude. Will be back for all my future projects. Oh and color match was perfect. 👍
