I purchased an Allan & Roth Roveland 60-inch Double Vanity from Lowe's. Within just three months of normal household use, the front support pillar split open with a major structural fracture. A major bathroom fixture like this is a permanent investment that should easily last for over 10 years, yet this unit suffered a clear manufacturing or material failure almost immediately. I reached out in good faith to resolve this clear defect. After extensive delays from their manufacturer's third-party inspection process, Lowe's Executive Customer Relations responded with an incredibly hostile, bad-faith tactic. They refuse to grant a refund unless I physically destroy the installed vanity and send them photographic proof of the wreckage. Expecting a homeowner to completely demolish a built-in bathroom feature—forcing me to deal with the heavy burden of destroying my own bathroom just to get a store credit—is entirely anti-consumer. It is a shocking way to treat a loyal customer. Completely unacceptable product quality and corporate ethics.

Went to Lowe's a few weekends ago to get plywood to make a platform for the back of my truck. I had no idea that there were so many different types of plywwod. I asked a guy in the plywood section and he said he was not sure and the I should go to the Pro Services counter and ask someone there. There was a bald older man with glasses on top of his head that was SUPER helpful. I told him what I wanted to do and that I just needed a cheap piece of plywood. I thought he was just going to suggest a piece of plywood, instead he asked me a bunch of questions and told me that some of the wood sheets were "not continuous" and would not be safe if a crack developed or the wood were to get wet. He then did something that, and this is why I am writing this review, shocked me. First he told me that he was not an engineer, but then calculated the "load" each foot of my chair would have on the wood, looked up load tables and then compared it to the load that the wood I bought could handle - if I built the supports a certain distance from each other. For safety he said he added a 30% factor in case I fell or jumped. Taught me a little about bracing and that "triangles are your friend" when it comes to "distributing loads". Yes I remember all this because he WROTE NOTES for me. I could not read the name on his vest, but he was patient, took the time to answer all my questions and seemed to be genuinely concerned that I build something that was safe. Thank you Lowe's for having this man at your store on weekends to help with our projects! I will be back for sure.

Lowes has all the things you need to make your house better. They have tile and carpet and wood, tools, garden items and all kinds of fixtures and furniture. The store has a lot of decoration and cleaning supplies as well. The people are friendly and attentive. Clean store is run well.

Excellent Customer Service❣️ We recently moved to Azle and have had multiple deliveries from this Lowe's. The whole team has been friendly and above all on top of my orders, reaching out with any delays. Jeremy has kept me up to date on items that are out of stock and anticipated fulfillment dates. The delivery drivers have been receptive and helpful, which I've absolutely loved ❣️ Moving and landscaping is stressful, however the team at Lowe's has made every interaction with them pleasant and stress free ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

We purchased a new bathroom vanity from there, but upon delivery and unpacking, we found the front drawer was scratched - this was not Lowes fault - it was the 3rd party carrier ESTES that they use for shipping. I hope Lowes will quit using them, they were horrible, but that is another story. I brought the drawer in to have the paint matched and GRACE was extremely helpful, went above and beyond. She was due to get off shift, was working the paint counter by herself and still helping multiple customers at the same time. She spent a lot of time to help match the paint and as I was telling her what happened with the shipment, she arranged for us to get a partial refund. We were not even looking for/nor expecting this and she did this on her own. She suggested I call the manufacturer to see if they will replace the drawer. The paint sample was provided in the meantime. This lady should have been leaving to go home, but she was concerned about making everything right without even being asked. We were just going to touch up the drawer. I hope Lowes knows how lucky they are to have her there. She is awesome !!!!!
