I previously had a horrific experience with this company. However, it was the closest store, today and I needed paint, so gave them another chance. Today's visit confirmed that it's a place I do not want to shop. I was forced to use the self checkout as there was no cashiers. Some people don't find that to be a big deal, however, I do. 1st, I'm not employed with them, I want a person, I support people and want them to have a job. 2nd when no one is working it means no one is paying ss and Medicare, meaning we are helping defund the program. These taxes are required, no employee is exempt, it is an income tax that the employer also matches. If no one is contributing to the programs that they will need one day, there won't be any program, we are helping, by using self service, is we are defunding our security. For me, I will not be back.

Went here last night to find my father in law some items that were seriously discounted. I spoke with the head front cashier at the service/return desk. She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me from helping me find the item, to going up on ladders to go through boxes to find batteries, the whole nine yards. Thank you again for helping me. 💚💚💚

Troy store manager was great. Good help. He needs to show example to his co workers how to do good job. He is the best. Brian and Chris assistant managers are great too. They are do know how to do their job.

Terrible experience at this Lowe’s location. I drove all the way here, used my time and gas, only to be told my order was “already picked up.” No explanation, no accountability, no effort to help — just attitude and dismissal. When a customer shows up with proof of their order, the bare minimum is to communicate clearly and treat them with respect. Instead, I was met with unprofessional behavior and zero willingness to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable. If this is how they handle customers, I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time either.

Worked with the Large Appliance staff multiple times as I went through the process of narrowing down a refrigerator purchase. Ended up with the perfect unit! I can't say enough good about the patience and professionalism of this group (and their product offerings)! Thank you all! I'm a customer for life!
