Do not order anything for delivery! Worst customer experience i have ever had. My product was damaged in the process from the Oak park heights store. We were told another item would be delivered the following day, nothing was delivered. Delivery team said they would have it delivered that weekend and because of sensitive time constraints, she said she had permission to have it delivered at a certain time for me. It didnt come. I canceled the delivery and asked for my money back. My husband really wanted this particular item and since I cant find it anywhere else, I swallowed my pride and ordered it again. Delivery day comes, guess what? No grill! I called the store because the app says my item is delayed in Blaine. And surprise surprise nobody knows where my grill is at. Is it on a truck? Is it at the store? I dont know. I do know that the delivery driver lied and said he called yet I have no missed calls. The hassle is not worth it especially when paying $ 1500.00. I left a message with corporate at the beginning of May and I still haven't heard a response from them. Next is the BBB because this is the absolute worst. If you cant handle deliveries, then you shouldn't offer it as a service.

Ordered two toilets and paid for installation which, per the Lowe’s website, includes haul away of the old toilet. After paying, I was sent a link from Thumbtack to schedule my installation with the plumber. On the day of installation the plumber arrives with the toilets and asks who will be taking the old toilets and my response was that I assumed he would be since I was never given any other instructions from Lowe’s and since the installation I paid for included haul away. The plumber was not at all aware of this and when we both called Lowe’s no one could give us a clear answer. I left my name and number with two different Lowe’s locations and never heard back from either one. The plumber ended up having to take both toilets back, a total waste of his time and of mine. Totally disappointed with the customer service at Lowe’s. I get that there are times when a manager or department head is not available to answer a question but the lack of follow up is completely unacceptable.

Probably the best option on Robert Street for balance of price, size and quality. Employees have been very helpful. However, they recently installed a Flock license plate reader in their parking lot. Be aware that if you shop there your identification is being tracked by a private company that can and has shared information with both local law enforcement and federal authorities, and may be subject to leaks. Not sure why they would allow this on their property.

This Lowe's Home Improvement Store has it all. Great location-large parking lot with handicapped ♿️ parking spaces available. The garden center is nice also large-the Store is clean and spacious and well organized-nice clean restrooms 🚻-The employees were polite and helpful-will definitely be returning to this Great Store again soon! -Troy Stewart

I bought a door opener for the storm door and got home the piece in it was bent so I went to return it I said I got a new one from.home depot and then there mood changed and treated me poorly and kept making comments i was about to spend a bunch of momey simce i just bpught a home but after that i will never be coming back and telling everyone i know about how i was treated at lowes custumer sevice is not a thing at this store they need to be retrained and have hr in the store watching ehat there doing. when I asked for custumer sevice number so wont be coming back and will be telling my friends and family about the poor experience and selling faulty equipment so me and my family will not be coming back ever again.
