Website is so bad! Horrible user experience. Not even search works. I typed in ”2x8” and got nothing in predictive text and 2 results that had nothing to do with lumber. Enter “2 x 8” and you get predictive text that says “2x8”, so I’m forced to type the spaces. The search results again have nothing to do with lumber. Using the drop down, lumber is not an option. Is this a home improvement store that doesn’t sell lumber? Do I have to drive to the store to check stock or compare prices? Make it make sense. Two stars for the store itself, but not worth the risk of a wasted trip.

I have never in my life had issues with a credit department as much as I have with Lowes. I used to order all of my reno needs and something has changed. I would not recommend using Lowes pro supply to order products. Spent many hours going back and forth with credit team. Checks were sent, credits were not applied to my account. I can't leave a zero star so I guess one will do.

Unbelievably slow to unload. Still not finished 2.5 hours and counting for a partial trailer. I've been the only truck here all morning.

Appointment time was at 8 am got here at 7 :15 i have another load to pick up at 11 am here it is 10:15 there is no reason for this when they have good docks and fork lifts I have had other places that unload by hand in like an hour to and hour in half other then the only thing I can think of is there lazy and don't wanna do there job so others can do there's.
